OMG golems <3 Favorite quote: Quote: "Am I under arrest?" said Moist meekly. Vimes sighed. "Mr. Lipwig," he said, "there's no word for what you are." For some reason that about summed up the entire book for me. Plus it had Vimes. I've finished the book, cheerfully cutting into my precious study time to do so, and not regretting it one iota. Now I am contemplating what is the proper amount of time until I begin reading it again. It's so tempting to start right now...but no, no I mustn't. Must wait for proper time.

Quote: "But it would appear, regrettably, that by giving our friend the relaxed and hopeful attitude toward life of, not to put too fine a point on it, a turnip, you have also given him the artistic abilities of, and I have no hesitation in using this term again, a turnip." ~Moist von Lipwig to Igor I have to say that was my favorite scene in the book. rofl

I just finished reading it. 3nodding heart It's was lots of fun, and a worthy sequal to Going Postal. I think GP is still my favorite, but I really enjoyed this. A few more times reading it through, and I'll probably love just as much, in fact, I think I already do. (If you are a Vetrinari fan, you'll HAVE to have this... heart ).
I'll post a review when I'm a little more calmed down and less likely to break into fangirl squeals of joy (and more than enough exclamation points to prove I'm insane...) mrgreen heart 3nodding xd

It's 26$. I have to wait for the paperback. It's killing me. Killing. Me. Slowly. And. Painfully.
Oh Gods.

I've found it really really does fare better the more times I read it. Much like everything else the man writes, really....
