This is where, big suprise, you would register to be in a club. Of course anyone applying can be in any club they choose, this is just so the head of each club will know of it. Here at Mahora, our clubs are on of our most distinguishable aspects..a new club being constantly created. All that is necessary is for you to post it here then alert the head of whichever club you were interested in, simply ask the head for more information. (All forms regarding club's should be sent to the self proclaimed Club Director aka Steles >3. or/then posted..whatever floats your boat) Club Registration Gaia Name: Student Name: (last then first) Class: (class 1B, 2B etc..) Club: (what club you want) Reason: (your reason for joining doesnt have to be lengthy) Ah yes, It must have slipped my mind. Each club has a head, the head is strictly, some exceptions may apply, Mahora Student headed. The head of a club, obviously must have some amount of knowledge in it..to be a head of a club, you must fill out this form. A club head can be dismissed if it is seen necessary, and will be promptly substituted. Club Head Registration Gaian Name: Student Name: (last then first) Age: (only applicable if 14 and older) Class: Reason: (why do you feel you should be head of this club.) Recomendation: (who were you recommended by, not necessary but helps chances) Club Heads Martial Arts = Umi Mizumaru Cooking = Yamamoto Ren
