Okay comrades, there were recently elections as you all know (you will be missed comrade Jera), and I want to establish some rules. First off I'd like to explain why we didn't do elections more often- first, there was an election rigging so elections had to be halted for a while, then we remodled the guild (a process that took close to 6 months), and then had to get more members up until now. That's all over now, so let's set a scedule shall we?

How often do you think we should do elections? Once every 6 months sounds right to me, but I'm not sure, what do you guys think?

What should elections be held for? Captain obviously, but should we have things like crew elections or elections for other positions within the guild?

Those are my two questions on elections, now on to some rules for said processes.
RULES FOR ELECTIONS-

1. During elections no join requests are to be accepted or denied, if you are caught doing either then the punishment is being banned from the guild. This is to keep cheating as with our earliest elections from happening again.

2. Voting is to be done in posting form, not in polls, this is also to keep rigging from happening.

3. All candidates must make a speech before being voted for.

4. If you are captain then you must keep the former captain as vice captain, this is in case you do something like try and sell the guild, in which case you would be removed from your position.
