Ilyrana stops not that far inside the door. She's overcome with a feeling of guilt. How can I even think to keep it from him? This isn't like me. Doesn't he deserve to know? She keeps her eyes locked on the floor. She doesn't know what to do or to say to Kelfein. Part of her wants to tell him all of what happened, yet the other part of her tells her it would not go well if she were to do so.

Kel stops just ahead of her, as her hand had slipped from his. "Ily..." he said gently, feeling her guilt spread in her emotions. "Ily, its ok. really." he spoke as he wrapped his arms around her. He didnt like to see her in so much turmoil.

Ily clings to Kel's sides as he holds her. "No... It isn't ok. None of it was ok.." A tear threatens to escape her hold, but she doesn't let it. She wont regret what she did for any selfish reasons. "I had to disguise myself as a drow, Kel.. I had to... They made me.." She can't do it. She can't bring herself to tell him they made her bed one of the weaponmasters. They had thought her a noble from another city and a powerful one at that. She had played her part and had paid for it.

Kel, knowing full well the ways of the drow, flinched. He closed his eyes and held her tightly, rubbing her back gently, and kissing her on top of her head. "come , my love, you should sit." he said it so gently that he almost couldnt be heard.

Ily finds herself disgusting for the things she did, but she doesn't regret any of it. By doing what she did, she was able to secure what was needed for Kel and his things to retain their powers. "How can you bare to look at me let alone touch me? I did vile things. I even had to...."

Kel seems to be almost annoyed at the question for a second. He shakes his head and sits her down in his lap, after taking a seat in one of the living room chairs. Her head rests against his shoulder. "How can i bear to look at you let alone touch you you ask me. I shall tell you why." he stops for a second, wincing once more at the thought of the underdark. "It is because i love you Ilyrana, and you know this. Because i have a kind heart, unlike others." he whispered his words, but they were full of his meaning.

Ily knows he's annoyed. She can feel it. She takes it wrongly though. 'I'm sorry. So very sorry..." She swallows. "I laid with him, Kel... The weapon master of the first house... Her words hit him hard, like a huge slap to the face. He stared down at his love. Pity flooded through him, and he wrapped his arms around the poor girl. He knew what weaponmasters could do, and he knew she had no real choice when it came to being with the master. "Ilyrana, you didnt have to do this for me, my love. I do still love you, and i am grateful for it, but you didnt have to suffer so that i wouldnt lose my magical abilites." he felt horrible now.

She clings to Kel again. "I hadn't thought they would think me a noble... I don't understand why they did... They even put a name to the house they thought I came from. They thought I was from House Kilndar." She squeezes her eyes closed. "The matron thought that should I get with child by her weapon master, she would then have a powerful ally in another city."

Kel closes his eyes, feeling so bad for haveing caused her this pain. He didnt understand why they would think her who she was, but he guessed it had to do with how she looked. She could have looked just like anyone of that family. He holds her tightly, knowing her feelings.

Ily jumps slightly at his tightened hold. Was he angry over it? I wouldn't blame him. I wouldn't blame him if he killed me now for what I've done. "I... I'm sorry Kel. I didn't mean to...." She stops, unable to finish the sentence.

Kel softens his grip, feeling her jump slightly. He smiles , opening his eyes to look at her. His hand runs through her hair gently. He hushes her and then smiles still more, tilting her head up to look at him with his free hand on her chin. "My love. It is ok. Do not apologize. I am more worried about having been the cause of your pain." he averted his gaze, his hands falling away from her, as he said this.

Kel suddenly looks back to her, takeing her cheeks in his hands gently, turning her to look at him, then kissing her ever so softly. Pulling back just slightly, he whispered to her, his lips almost touching hers. "I am just glad that you are safe, and back in my arms, love. Nothing else matters now."
