The Background

For nearly 34 years the Earth has been at constant war. Not from itself, but from outside forces. The Zentradi, Robotech Masters and the Invid have layed waste to the suface of the mother planet. Every time this has happened the human race has prevailed and brought itself back from the brink of destruction. Now with the Invid threat gone a new force is set in motion...

The Story

Finally the Robotech Defense Forces have liberated the Earth from the evil alien forces of the Invid. Now the allies, The Haydenite, have revealed their true colors. Their intention of killing all beings that use the supernatural force of Protoculture. They have set in motion an elaborate plan that uses the same technology that they gave to the Robotech Forces. With this discovery of the betrayal has set in the newest of the human races interstellar wars. The Shadow War. This is the story of the newest generation of Robotech Defenders.

The Rules

1.Yes there are rules. They are the same as the Gaian Rules. So follow them and you will be fine. If not then I will track you down and then kill you.
2. So you will send me a PM of your character profile. The PM will be titled Shadow War, and you will completely fill out the form. I mean completely.
3. there are only going to be 10 people. I don't want this big, cause it gets confusing. 5 pilots and 4 bridge crew and 1 captain.

The Characters

The Characters in this space opera are complex emotional beings. They have dram in their life just like every one else. I would like to keep this a perfect world, but that is impossible. So I'll do this. If for some male/female ratio is off balance, no worries. I don't care if you are gay, straight, bi-sexual, or bestial. I don't give a s**t if you are that way. Whatever floats your boat. There is going to be romance. That is good. The one thing I want is 5 pilots. Five, not six, not four, not ten thousands. I want four bridge crew. Four. I want one, repeat ONE captain. After those are filled we can introduce more people. They will be engineers, crew, mechanics. I really want to keep it to 10, but I will let it increase to 20. BUT NOT UNTIL THE FIRST TEN SLOTS ARE FILLED!

Ok then now onto a little more about the character spots. First the pilots. They are five members of Alpha squadron. Just recently assembled on the newly developed Shark Class cruiser. This Cruiser is totally experimental ship that uses all the latest Robotech developments. They are the elite and they are cocky.

The Bridge crew are four people that have been together since the Robotech Expeditionary force. They are family.

The Captain is the child of the legendary family of heroes. A family that has lost more loved ones in more wars than they care to know about.

Ok so if you are new to rping then you will need to leave. Yes leave. Most rps have some form of notifying the characters background. Well if you haven't noticed, then you are a newb and you should leave. I have left this very important fact out for a reason. Cause your sample post for your requirements to join shall be this. You will tell your characters background story to me and I will tell you If I like it. I will of course give you a sample with mine.

Back Story: Rick Sterling named for both his grandfathers. Rick Hunter and Max Sterling. He carries the Sterling name because he is the son of Dana Sterling and Ben Hunter. He was one of the captains that helped in the battle of Reflex Point. After this epic battle he was assigned to the Over Watch program until Rick Hunter was found. Once the SDF-3 was recovered and protoculture was being mass poduced he was given the Zennith. This ship is capable of executing a space fold operation in the vicinity of high gravity objects.
