Ok Ladies, I think its about time to give away some of the gold we won this summer!!!!!
Here is the new Avatar Contest:
As the change over to Fall is quickly approaching, I thought that we should have a Themed Avatar Contest!
"The Four Seasons"
Create an avi for each of the four seasons, Fall, Spring, Summer, and Winter and PM them to me, let me know which one is which. This is another TekTek contest so that people aren't limited by funds. I'll add the entries to this thread so that all can see them. There is no fee for entering. You will be judged on originality and accuracy of the seasons. You do not have to throw on a bunch of donation items to win, this is not based on price or difficulty of achievement. Do your best to make your avis based on the seasons. Please see the examples below. Each season means something different to each person. If there is something that you'd like to explain about your avi, like why you chose to wear something that you wouldn't normally think of for a particular season, feel free. You must enter all four seasons to be judged. Let me know if anyone would like to be a judge. Please PM me with any questions to that I can address them quickly. If you'd like to donate anything to the contest prize pot, let me know. 3nodding
I'll announce the deadline and prizes soon.
I would like to get at least 10 Ladies to enter, so that we can keep this interesting. Don't forget to spread the word to the other Ladies you know, you have to be a member to join the contest, but if you know a lady who would like to join the contest, they can request to join the guild and then they can enter.

Although I entered, I would like to be one of the judges-- why not have the 5 contestants be the judges and you, too, Book Babe?

I'm sorry I've been absent lately. I've been busy, and unable to spend any time online. I'm going to try to be on more often. I am still accepting entires, so anyone can send them to me. As for the judges, I always send ballots to all the members, to be voted on, the same way as the Avi Contest here on Gaia, 1-10 depending on your opinions. I usually have a few other people that I send the ballot to, outside our group that I know will be honest in their opinions. I like having lots of opinions on the contests. 3nodding
The Deadline will be: November 30th for Entries.
I will send out the Ballots for voting December 1st, and they will be due by December 5th. I will announce the winners by December 7th.
