After gaining a pet fill out the following information in this thread
Owner:
Pet #or name:( number or name given to pet at FS, Auction, Raffle, ect.
Name of Pet:
Familiar:(yes or no) (1k for random or 3k for matching)
Name of Familiar: (please keep this relatively small there is only so much room on a cert)
Cert Color: (red, blue, yellow, green, or purple)
