go to phpBB.com download all the software... get a host that will give you a mysql database, set up the database (different per host) then you can just upload all the files and read the readme... it's pretty simple...
oh and IM me when you wanna install mods, ya know like the journal mod that gaia has... yeah... someone else made it... not gaia... one of the only thing's gaia actually probably created other than the games was the art corner thingy
