your poll doesn't really work, you might want to retry it.
best video... well i think that's hard to determine because they're all working to send a message. Vampires and Honey were both amazing because they marked the visual stage for MCR and what they were trying to put themselves out there for. I'm Not Okay (I Promise) version 1 gave a glimpse into the lives of the guys to show they are just normal people like everyone else. version 2 sent the message that it was ok to be not ok, and there are others like you out there who know it's ok to be not ok. Helena was a tribute video for the grandmother, and Tracey did a awesome job portraying that. Ghost Of You became a history film that was like a political message saying that these men and boys were going off and yet never coming home. Welcome to the Black Parade was honestly what introduced the concept of The Black Parade, and it introduced the personal opinion that when you die, death comes to you in your fondest memory. Famous Last Words is a message within itself, giving strength to those who must walk the world alone. But also standing up in the fight of life and saying you're not going to give up. I Don't Love You is a slightly bitter song but also regret filled on a relationship, that says instead of haunting someone, to just get up and go so that both sides can move on with life. and of course, Teenagers. heh, oh teenagers. It's kind of obvious the meaning for this song, but in case you haven't caught it well... go watched The Making Of Teenagers. basically it was saying that it was rediculous to be scared of kids, and yet everyone seems to be afraid of teenagers. It was how people view MCR fans (well those of the teenage age or those that are teenagers at heart). So a lot of the video being over-the-top has to do with the fact of radical thinking.
so in a way, they are all my favorite, because they all say something important and different. 3nodding heart

What I love about MCR videos is what I've always loved about Smashing Pumpkin videos, and I'm so glad Gerard had mentioned it. They all, more or less, tell a story. Same goes for another favorite band of mine, Panic at the Disco. Music videos should be amazing and tell stories. be movie-like.
Of all MCR's amazing videos, Helena was my favorite.
