I have small hips for almost ALL brands. I tried on some skinny jeans at Old Navy, but even 0 was too big for me. I want/need to find colorful skinny jeans that fit well and don't cost over $35. Is there another place I can find skinny jeans?

I don't know how much $35 will get you since you want a good fit, but try Hollister.

u just have to find the right one
those on h&m are really stylish and comfortable

Pac Sun is where I get my skinny jeans from.
Hot Topic && Zumiez are stores you can check out too.
Abercrombie && hollister are quite expensive but you can try those too.
others are:
Urban Outfitters
Heck even Macy's has them. =]
They're everywhere!

If the Old Navy Skinnies are too big even at size 0, I wouldn't recommend the Abercrombie or Hollister ones. Those tend to be pretty large too even though they offer 00s (and expensive). Maybe Abercrombie Kids has a good fitting pair. Finding good skinny jeans can be pretty difficult even for those of us with smaller hips. It's a matter of trying on and experimenting.

Boscov`s. I was there the other day and they have tons of racks of them in the juniors section. they are like $19.97. plus i dont know if you guys have them but in our news papers there was tons of coupons for $10 offs one purchase of anything. we spent like $15 dollars totall instead of like $100 dollars.

They'll probably be more than $35, but I'd try Gap...or maybe Gapkids in your case. I'm a weird height and pretty skinny and they fit me well. Plus they last forever as long as you aren't hiking up mountains in them. wink
|

express has good jeans but there around $60 sumtimes there on sale for like 30 tho so u never no.
but if there not the Tripp skiny jeans at hottopic are great idk how much they cost

I recentlyy just got back from the Philippines && when i went to the mall, i was so shocked by the gamorouss && tonnss of skinny jeans they had in the department store at SM. They were all less than 30 dollars too. While i was in skinny jean heaven though i still couldn't find anyy purple skinny jeans. =/ I'll have to really get that one in Hot Topic.
