Ok, I think I'm gonna make my own RP up, cos I've never done this before...
Anywayz, anyone who wants to join has to write up their description-thingy

Ok, lets start. Think for the city like a 'magical' kingdom....but grittier...a bit like the discworld's Ankh-Morpork...but different slightly.
Oh yeah, the city is called Urbs Etern, the guilds are in the middle of the city...which is where this story starts off...have fun ^_^
GUILD RULES:-
All students must be taking at least one of magic, melee, ranged or miscellaneous studies. They also must take 3 academic studies, which can be any two of your choice. The choices for the studies are below:-
MAGIC STUDIES:- Elemental, Shifting, Light, Dark, Necromancy, Summoning, Terra
MELEE STUDIES:- Light Weaponry, Heavy Weaponry(Within these, you can choose what weapon to specialise in)
RANGED:- Bow, Sling, Crossbow
ACADEMIC:- Writing, Maths, Science, History, Law, Mythology, Showmanship....((Can't think of anything else, if ya got any suggestions, just say))
OTHER:- Light Armour, Heavy armour
Oh, and if you're over 17, you can specialise in a occupation of your choice

Subjects: Magic studies - Elements, Shifting
Fighting studies - Light weaponry
Academic studies: Mythology, History
Background: Speros is just like every other 16 year old kid who lives in Urbs Etern. Except that he is a more secluded person,(although he does have friends). He came from outside Urbs Etern as an orphan(they found him in the streets, and were unable to find his parents) and the guard(and his wife) who found him, raised him as their own. They sent him off to the guild when he was ten, and now he's nearly 17, he will soon be learning a profession.

Ok...so lets start...
Speros awoke from his slumber. He could see that it was still dark, so he got out of bed, put some clothes on and went out of the dorm, down the corridor ad over to the kitchen. He prepared breakfast (cereal) and sat down on the nearby table.

Background: Xavien grew up in the middle of the forest among the greatest warriors. She saw her parents get killed and vowed to get revenge...

Xavien woke up and stretched. She then went down to the kitchen and made breakfast by practicing her magic. Then she sat down at the table. She started to think about her parents and talked aloud about how she wanted to go get revenge. Then she went to sharpen her sword.

Speros noted Xavian enter the kitchen buy her lonesome, but didn't speak out. He merely just nodded in the direction of her, and went back to eating his cereal.

She felt a lot of guilt about the night before and wanted to talk about it, but at the same time she did not. She started to walk through the woods. (it calms her down) She saw a fox and went up to pet it. It told her how much it liked it and she kept on. (animals talk) She ran into a friend from her childhood and started to talk when a thief came up and attacked her...

Speros finished and got up from his seat. Leaving the empty cereal bowl on the side (he figured the cleaners wold sort it out laters), he exited the room towards his dorm, to go get dressed.
Slipping into his usual clothing of dark purple robes, as was custom for a elemental mage, he looked out of his window to see the light from the sun coming up, illuminating slightly the whole of the Urbs Etern. He could hear in the distance the daily morning screams and police whistles of the regular chases through the streets. Then again, looking down at the grounds, you could see the better part of the city. Green grass, birds, both mythical and normal, twirping sweetly, and a girl being assaulte-
Speros blinked, and looked down. It was Xavian. Sighing again, he got dressed and hurried out of the room as quickly and as quietly as he could.

Appearance: 5'4/DeepGreen eyes/long bronze hair (pulled up)/slender/ivoryskin/usually wears leather.
Personality: relies on herself. stubborn. not able to trust others so easily. Nice until given a reason to be utterly rude. Perceptive.

MeleeStudies: Light weaponry
Ranged: Bow
Academic: Writing, history, Mythology
Background: Destiny only remembers from now to the time she was 8 years old when she found herself of a massacred town... how she's survived all on her own from that time is a mystery to everyone but herself. She is now here in the Guild of Urbs Etern out of curiousity of the studies that could possibly give her the answers that she is seeking.

Destiny stood by her window looking out into the woods full of the twittering of birds. Before she could relax to the sound, she sensed panic and determination in one's blood. Her eyes spotted a boy hurrying towards the mass of trees leading her to sense another out there along with two others.
Something is up... she thought.
Without second though she turned on her heel and followed after the boy.

Appearance(picture if you so wish): Dragon form-A hundred feet tall with glittering fire red scales made of the hardest dragon armour. Sparkling black eyes. Human form- Six feet tall with fire red hair the same color as her scales. Same black eyes with the palest skin.
Personality: Quiet and commanding
Occupation: Elemental
Background: Princess Gunda was sent abroad to control the powers her people hadn't seen in a thousand years. She was resentfull her parents had been so willing to give her. Gunda was forbidden to return home until summoned or she controlled her Gifts. Her poers were beyond anything anyone had ever seen before. He quiet yet commanding demeanor demanded attention, which she detessted!

Gunda was practicing controlling her powers in the forest when a young human boy ran by. She knew he was human by his smell. Humans! she thought. Always running somewhere and not caring what they do! What nonsense! She went back to woking with her magics when she smelled another human coming close. She saw Destiny and decided to follow in her wake! What new atventure would this produce?!
