At that very moment rain started pouring down upon the two, and ontop of the village wall another person lightly sat, his striking blue eyes staring down upon the two, his flaming hair. He was silent and watchful, akatsuki cloak blowing in the wind. Pein was present, one knee lightly bent to his chest. Face void of emotion as he survied the two below him.

Off to the side there can be seen a burst of black flame. When the flames fade Rai can be seen standing where the flames came up. He is dressed in all black with a black cloak around him. He looks out with his eyes and serveys the area. "Evan, Why must you always try and fight the kages?" Rai sighs at this sight. "You know how hard it is to cover up things like this." Rai says his eyes still scanning the area. As he looks up he sees a man with a black face whereing an Akatsuki cloak. Rai holds his hand and produces two fingers that he then touches to his head. 'Evan, We are being watched and it would do us no good if we would truely kill this guy. It would ruin the plan that we have worked on so long for. We need to keep them alive not kill them. We will need their help later.' Rai's voice says only to Evan and only in his mind. (This is because of a curse seal that Rai has on Evan Only someone with one of Rai's curse seals can hear his voice like this just to be clear on this.)

Evan keeps his eyes on Ryjin. Do me a favor and bud out of my affairs, I know what I'm doing, I don't need you to babysit me, go do something useful while I test this guy. And don't worry about that guy, hes only here to watch. I don't mind an audience, but your presence is becoming more troublesome than its worth. I can take care of myself, when are you going to realize this. Now go away. "Are we going to fight or what?"

"Not deserve to be Kage do I?" Ryjins jaw seemed to dislocate as he said the words, allowing his growing canines to reach 3 times their normal size. He threw his head back as his green eyes turned to a crimson hue. " may you blood say the same words at your voice!"

Evan catches the hand with the hand of the same arm as his elbow attack and sends a right handed punch for Ryjin's face.

Ryjin jumped back as the blow hit, he felt his lip cut againest his teeth. "Damn, now I think that its your blood I should taste!"

Ryjin dashed, seemed to dissapate in the air and then reappered behind Even with blood on his fingertips. "Next time I go in with my teeth!"
