*late reply* It is an anime and manga. ^^
The drawing is better in the anime, but the story in the manga is better.
Get Backers is about a duo of "retrievers," Ban and Ginji, who set out to get back the weirdest things you can think of! Their name is the Get Backers. ^^
But the story revolves around the Infinite Castle, which is a huge building in the middle of the city. Many people live there, and in past times, peace was kept by a group, called the Volts, of which Ginji was a leader. ^^
