Even though she had a mansion at her disposal, Effie had bought herself an empty warehouse on the edge of a suburban lot. She'd surmised that it'd been used for storage, but that didn't concern her. What did concern her was fixing up the dump inside. She'd had her Grandmother's slaves do most of the work: clearing it out, cleaning it up and doing the construction to make a balcony. It was still mostly open space on the inside, though the Master Bedroom and Master Bathroom are the only things on the balcony. The rest - Kitchen, Dining, Guestroom, Livingroom, and Study are all in a big open space, seperated by furniture.
In one corner is a practice room, filled with all of three guitars and one drum set.
And yes, there is a roof on it...just not in the picture.
The style is ecclectic, to choose the best word for it. Knick knacks, posters, pictures and grafitti adorn the still-concrete and brick walls. It's fairly messy, as Effie is not the cleanest person in the world. Band and performance paraphernalia litter various end tables and corners, as well as piles of clothes.
She has a fully stocked bar, which she uses frequently.
