The way that I will make you a crew member is the more you put in to the guild and their are a few factors. The first is posts and replys. The second is new members. I will only know if you tell me you got some one new to join then I will mark that down. Next is posting art for the forum in my vice captains topic for art so it can spruce up the guilds home page. Then finaly donations will help but if you are short on gold don't worry about it. Gold is not the biggest problem so it is not a real factor in my eyes.
