1. The Golden Rule: Always follow Gaia's ToS!! If it's something that would get you banned from Gaia out in the regular forums, it will certainly get you banned from this guild and probably reported to site moderators, to boot.
2. Be nice! Like my mama always said, if you don't have anything nice to say, keep it to yourself. Also, treat others how you would want them to treat you.
3. Keep the language mild, please. I, personally, am not offended by swear-words, but I can't speak for every single person here, so let's just stay on the safe side, mmkay?
4. Spamming/trolling/being a jackass in general. It will get you one warning from myself or one of the Guild Moderators. If you fail to heed that warning, you've earned yourself a bannination. EDIT!- There is now a Spam sub-forum, if you really feel you must get it out of your system.
5. Have fun! That's what this place is all about.

I've been hit with a bit of a family crisis, so I'm expecting to be absent from the internet for at least a couple of days or so. Just wanted to let everyone know, so you all don't think I've abandoned ship or something.
Also, I have a request: if anyone is good at finding specific pics online, or even better, has a DVD Drive and copy of any Cowboy Bebop episode, I'm looking for a largish, good quality picture of the three old men from that anime series. I think they'd be the perfect mascots for us, (they show up in every episode, whining and reminiscing about the 'good ole days') and I want to make some sort of banner-type art to jazz up the front page. I spent about 2 hours searching last night, and was only able to find a small, poor quality screencap of them. Most sites just have art and screencaps of the main characters, darn them.
Anyhoo, I hope everyone has a lovely, safe weekend, and hopefully I'll be back in a few days.

Hey guys! I made a thread in the Registered Guilds forum to advertise and hopefully attract more members. Here be the link. Feel free to bump, but not too much! I've made two new sub-forums, and moved what topics I thought were easily identifiable into these two categories. Spam was a bit hard to define, but mostly I moved the threads that don't have very much (or any) discussion going on, and threads that haven't seen any posts in a long time. If any thread creators object to their threads being moved, you can PM me, or post your concerns in the Suggestions & Requests thread.
I would like to add a few more sub-forums as time goes on and we gain more members. Each one costs 2,500 gold, so if this is something everyone as a community really wants, donate whatever you feel you can to the Guild fund.
Suggestions for Sub-forum categories can also be brought up in the Suggestions & Requests thread.

In case anyone is wondering, the winners of the Halloween avatar contest do still have their art coming. I didn't forget about it. It's just that work has really been hell lately, I've been working 12+ hours a day, and I just haven't had the time or energy. I've got a couple weeks off coming up around Christmastime, so I plan on getting them all done then. Sorry for making everyone wait.
Edit: Okay, so, my tablet died. gonk Until I can afford to get it fixed or replaced, there will be no arts. I'm really sorry! stressed

Nobody seemed to have any ideas on what kind of subforum to make with the guild fund, so I went ahead and made a place for old threads. Every thread that hasn't seen any activity at all this year has been moved to the Cemetery. If any thread owner wants to resurrect their dead thread, let me or a crew member know and we'll move it back to the land of the living for you. 3nodding

I added 3 new subforums for Arts, Entertainment, and Real Life discussions. Also I renamed the Dead Thread Cemetery to the Oubliette, because I'm a big dork. :B
If you see that your thread has disappeared from the front page, don't freak out. Check the new subforums, as I will be moving threads as soon as Gaia stops giving me Database errors. >.<
We have enough in the guild fund for more subforums, so if anyone wants to see a particular subforum in here, just let me know. 3nodding
