I am a retrogamer (as my most current platform is a N64), but I still play plenty of new games. However i decided to review Starcraft for PC. It may be older than 10 years byt the gameplay basically set the tone for all RTSs. THe graphics aren't all that great but It's still fun.
Final rating: 8.9
P.S. Can't wait till Starcraft 2!

I recently started playing Starcraft again also, lol.
Man, I forgot how well made this game is, I don't even notice the crappy graphics that much anymore. But man, what a sweet game.
I love the fact that all the races are sooo perfectly balanced, like other games you can tell some or the races or whatever are a bit better than the others, but Starcraft does this perfectly...
I love how the terrian are all about range, you got Marines, Ghosts, Seige Tanks all that good s**t. I love massing with Marines blaugh
But the other races are awesome also, I think my favorite is probably the Zerg though, I love how you just get tones of them and just mass the opposing force, and it's all like mutated biological s**t, I love it! 3nodding
Man, now I want to go play the game again, I'm playing the story again and im on the last terrian mission razz

Yeah its a bit of a b***h, but I was told by my brother (Who is amazing at RTS games) to just keep rebuilding my base if then nuke it and build like two squads off BC's and just hug the left edge of my map and then distroy the Ion Cannon. I dunno if it will work but im going to give it a shot.
Funny thing is I remember playing this game a long time ago and thinking these missions were hard as hell, but the mission before that one where I have to distroy the protoss buildings and keep the zerg ones alive, I basicly beat the whole mission with 25~ Cloaked Ghosts, it was pretty pathetic.

I usually watched my cousin (R.I.P.) play.

Oh yeah, this is a good one.
Anyone ever watch the way some of the pros play this? It's like a completely different game when they're behind the screen!
Still, My favorite tactics are Protoss : Zealot -> Dragoon -> First Wave & Scouts -> Second Wave with Air Support.

Greetings to all Starcraft fans!! oh to answer the question that you asked, its Windows Vista. Starcraft II is only for Windows Vista and whatever "advanced" mac computer that apple gots. Protoss rules.
