Attention crew members, Zevida has handed the Guild over to me since she can't handle it at the moment. Here is her PM... Zevida Givers I'm not going to be able to deal with the guild right now. So I'm giving you this account and the guild along with it. If you want to vote on a new captian or whatever you can. I just can't keep up with it right now. I'm sorry. Joy And I was going to ask, how should we handle this; On my behalf i know I'm busy during the day but i still show up and do my work, so i was thinking leave the Zevida Account as is and add a second Vice-captain to help when I'm not around during the day, or two new Vices, and put me up as Cap. I'm open to ideas everyone on how we should handle the situation. PS. someone kick me into finishing the scrolling marquee banner sweatdrop

Well, this is a suprize to see when I get back.
I hope she is ok, and just busy.
Well, what you do depends on somethings:
A: Do you need two VCs other than yourself. If yes, this points to you being captain, and getting two new VCs, if not, then just make one new one.
B: Do you have two people you can trust enough to VC. (I had a VC hijack a guild before. gonk ) If yes, and you think you need the help, then why not. If not, it is better to not have the help, then to have someone you don't know that well in this position. I am not saying the people in this guild are un-trust worthy. I am speaking from experiance.
Also, as far as finding VC's goes, here are some suggested options:
A- Upgrade some of the crew, whom you trust.
B- Pick the most loyal and active members of the guild, whom you can trust. (Not nessisarily crew.)
C. Ask the guild members to nominate people they think are good for VC, and have an "election" of sorts. (I like this one, that way the guild feels like they have a say. It is your choice, in this option, if you want to allow self nominations or not.

I'm busy during random times during the week and will most likely disappear on weekends (no idea why we follow our really really bad football team).
I agree with what Invisi said about having the guild members have a say. I also think it should be the active guild members who have a say and for those of us who have our mules on here to not vote more than once.

Well, Invisi you have a good point in making the guild vote for the new VC.
We should get the VC from the crew since the have been most active and we could just put new crews if they take the VC.
So Invisi, will it be this account or Indigo that will stay as crew, since it will not be fair to have it be picked by members if you have two accounts as crew.

Well, if you are talking about removing one of my accounts... Its easier to have both as crew for me, because I am on Indigo more, but Invisi is my mule, that I use on the guild. Could you perhaps make only one option for me, instead of demoting one? Like have an option as "Indigo Oblivion/ Invisi-mule" so its not unfair, and I don't have 2x the chances?
(Also, two accounts would make it worse for me. Votes for me would be split over two accounts, so I would have less per account right? So, I wouldn't want two accounts listed.) If you really want to remove one of my accounts, keep Indi, since I am on her more.

About the nominees:
Let's have members nominate other members here then you'll choose which ones to put in the poll, have the poll after about a week of nominations and have a poll for about a week to let people choose.

Well i came to a small conclusion of accounts for all crew... in adding your mule to crew and only make the mains allowed to be picked.
So right now we have Ani-san, GemEncrustedGem, and Indigo Oblivion as candidates, we can have nore83 but i rarely see activity.
Also confused I rarely see activity form members you know, only from crew and few members (not counting mules)

They can stay on the list, since some actually donate but just don't post.
Back to topic; I decided to leave Zevida Givers as Cap, me Vice and just add one more Vice. I only need to know who can for we can have a guild vote.

Not really in regards to VC and such, I'm sure you guys will come to the right decision. Just regarding donations...Zelda:

STILL?? or would changing that to Bordism Queen (other paper trash)/someone else be easier all around seeing as you now have this extra account to deal with. Or is it working out ok for you and your not too bogged down? Just wondering, don't want one member overloaded too much.
Probably should of put this in questions redface oh well...tc anyway lol

Luchainn, I will still be taking those items on that account for the the time being, since i will be logging once in a while. Don't worry i sometimes put myself trough alot a stress sometimes for no reason, my BF says i should take things easy and stop fretting about things that can be done later. sweatdrop xd
PS. Yes we all hope she is doing okay, since she never said why.
