Ghost Hunters? Whatever. I just see that as someone who likes lame, pseudo-entertainment (given the change in tone in the later seasons, I have a hard time believing that "TAPS" even believes in what they are doing.) But being afraid of a Ouija Board? That's akin to being afraid of saying "Bloody Mary" into a mirror 3 times.
You're going to have to pepper some skeptical thinking into your conversations. Ease it in. You'll know it's working when he/she starts asking genuine questions about why you don't believe in any of that stuff.

I'm trying. She doesn't understand good evidence from bad evidence. I also kind of lost it when she said people in Africa were stupid because they haven't stopped having kids. sweatdrop

Yeah well the roommate that is leaving in two weeks confuses the words vegan and Croatian and saves used disposible razors and used to keep them under the sink for me to cut my hand on. She is moving down to Florida to become a low paid stripper.
I can't wait until I graduate so I can get monies and live alone. sad

I think the probalem is that I am a poor graduate student and I live in Queens.
Now I know why people become crazy old cat ladies. biggrin
