Don't know how many of you know this yet but I just found out that Hilly Kristal, the founder of the one and only CBGB's apparently died today of lung cancer complications at the age of 75. He will be missed.
Seriously all of these cool people need to quit dying already!!!!!!!!

I read it on the Ramones website yesterday. And even though I knew it was coming... I was horrified. Hilly Cristal played a integral role in the birth of the greatest music ever known. And for that, he is forever a hero. R.I.P Man...

Punkrocksweden91 I read it on the Ramones website yesterday. And even though I knew it was coming... I was horrified. Hilly Cristal played a integral role in the birth of the greatest music ever known. And for that, he is forever a hero. R.I.P Man... U know what i read on the Ramones website,Joey's mom died in may of this year from a heart attack
