Anyone know how to make it for relatively cheap? I hate buying sticker paper for my printer, and would much rather make my own adhesive. I looked around google and got nothing, nothing very simple anyway. Anyone have a place I can look, or know how to do it? Come on folks, help a dood frog out. surprised
EDIT: Fix'd.

Hmmm, personally I just use a lot of ducktape... But if you want adhesive, ask Romney what he uses for his toupee. biggrin
And as for the frog thing, I think you might want to see a doctor about those warts.
*a random person walks up and whispers in his ear*
Oh, those are toads...? My bad. sweatdrop

My bad. sweatdrop xd Nice joke at Mitt there. So what do you do then, just do the little trick where you wrap the ductape into a circle, so it's sticky on both sides? I could do that, but it sounds complicated. I'm still up for the recipe for making adhesive if anyone has it. biggrin

i know how to make... poster glue? like wheat paste? i dont think its what youre looking for, or perhaps it is.
you grab a bag of wheat and you mix it with water till its a white soup. then you turn up the heat in a pot (i think its called a pot) and mix it until it becomes gooey. it lasts like... 15 20 minutes id say. sometimes a bit more. sometimes it doesnt feel gooey at all and still works.
yup. by the way when its ready it becomes kind of transparent. and it never peels off. well it does but its just hard. sorry for the babbling on.

3Lph http://www.stencilrevolution.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=8536 be warned: the s**t doesn't come off. I made some earlier, it works great! biggrin It's more or less the same thing bootleg told me to do, except this said I could add sugar, so I did. And, when it does start to go hard, just put more water on it, and stir, it works just as fine. :3

i know how to make elmers glue and wood glue out of milk and some other stuff...
actually i forgot but i can get the info from my old chem teach..
other than that i have no idea.
Edit: i found it... online... good ol internet
Ingredients:
1 quart skim milk 3/4 Tbsp. baking soda 1 Tbsp. white vinegar 10 oz. water Directions:
Place milk and vinegar in a double boiler. Cook on low heat and stir as curds form. Drain off liquid. Wash remaining mass with water until the vinegar smell is gone. Put in a clean bowl. Dissolve baking soda in water. Pour over curds and stir until a white paste forms. Place in re sealable containers.
i once used this formula to glue two peices of wood togather, the glue ended up stronger than wood, we tried to break them appary with a sledge hammer and a wood spliting wedge the glue didnt split but the wood did. good times.

Paper and stuff like that doesn't have them usually, but the expensive stuff does..Sadly.
