How the system works.
The main forums has its universal rules, then the sub forums have their own set.
The main forum rules (below) effect all sub forums.
Sub forum rules only effect that specific forum.
If a sub forum does not have a rules sticky, it follows only these rules.

-No spamming/bumping unless the sub forum rules say you can.
-No flaming (if you hate a band provide reasons why. not just senseless cursing)
-No arguments. Discussion (no "omg your dum", more "i think your wrong because...___")
-Post threads in the right sections please. If you are unsure of their section post them in the main forum.
-Only Japanese music please.
-Do not violate the Gaia TOS.
