Coming from the depths of Ironwood, this part of Snakebottom river is barely explored. It's the only path inside the forest where people don't get lost, but it's still a treacherous one. Still it's not impossible for someone to mistaken the main stream for one of the smaller ones that lead to it
These 2 are narrower than their brothers, even more with all the debris and mud accumulated over the ages. In some parts the river is shallow and speady, in others unmoving and boggy. Despite this it's as rich, if not more, than its larger brothers. A lot of fish and birdlife feed from water rich in nutrients, as do the other animals higher up in the food chain
