Chapel This place that used to be a resting spot for tired travelers is nothing more than tired walls struggling from being devoured by the forest. Still it stubbornly stands against the trees, though hardly offering any shelter since the wood of the roof rotten away centuries ago All that remains is 3 of the moss and ivy covered walls, with narrow windows and an roman arc. Inside there's nothing but forest floor, from years and years of pilled up debris Path Stretching from the old chapel to Loghedge, it covers about 30km (18.6 miles), followingthe course of Snakebottom river The original path was eaten up by the forest ages ago, but a new one seems to been carved, even if it's more like a deer path

There was something soothing about having a subway car to yourself. Being in a New York City subway alone was a rare luxury that was cherished by tourist and inhabitant alike, treated like a day at the spa or a box of fancy chocolates. Cecil was no exception. Sleepy eyes watched as the brick tunnels rushed by. He layed on the plastic subway chairs like a living room couch as he took the return train from the Natural History Museum.
Cecil yawned and played with his pendent. A Christmas present from his dad. His fingers gingerly rubbed around the thin Jade pendent, tracing it's circular design. He let out a breath of air, the closest he could get to a sigh in his condition. Well, Cecil thought, his dad may have put a wrench in his life, but at least he wasn't heartless. As thoughtful as the gift was, Cecil couldn't help but wonder if this was real Jade, or a dime-a-dozen trinket from Chinatown. It wouldn't be the first time. Cecil frowned, it was the thought that counts, right? He dropped the pendent and made a silent yawn, whatever, it was alright. He looked at the subway map above his head. Seven more stops until the end of the line. This was the last train, he could probably take a nap without ending up in Queens. Or getting eaten by a hobo. Or whatever.
Cecil made another silent yawn, and slept.
He woke up on a bed of dead leaves and moss, the chilly air danced around his body, waking him up.
The ********> Cecil thought as he snapped awake. His hands felt the aging umbrage as he picked himself up. He brushed off the decaying vegetation off of his clothes and looked around.
Rotting building... Dead leaves.... Something told him he wasn't in New York anymore. He was pretty sure that he was sleeping in a subway underneath the concreate and pavement landscape of New York. Cecil wasn't so sure if he was awake, a dream? If this was, it felt pretty damn real.

'Little miscreants!' she thought for the umpteenth time that day. Originally she was going to spend her day off planning for parents day the next week, but now, now she had to go into town to get her precious brooch fixed. Her, wards, had decided that yesterday was the day to misbehave just because their parents were going to appear next week. 'I think not! I'll have such a punishment for all those responsible.' And had broken her brooch, the last thing her father had given her.
Unfortunately her cameo in the center was ruined and the shop keeper did not have another and never would it seemed her's was a one of a kind. Instead the shopkeeper told her she could pick another stone and he would set it in the brooch. She hadn't really cared and told him so, he in turn had asked her for her favorite color. "Red," Blythe had replied.
He then told her not to worry about it and come back in two hours. So now it was two hours pass and time be on her way. The shopkeeper was not there when she arrived instead there was another sort of fellow there who claimed that he was just another worker there. He seemed to be a bit nervous but he quickly had her on her way with a beautiful red stone set into her brooch base. No extra charge this man had said, it was the least they could do for not having a suitable cameo to replace her old one. She in turn had nodded stiffly and quickly left, fastening the brooch in the hollow of her throat.
She looked back once to glance at the stranger, but he had his back turned to her and was going to the stock room. It had gotten foggy while she had been in the shop but nothing too bad. But as she was walking down the old cobblestone streets it got worse, soon it was hard to even see in front of her. A hand in front of her to make sure she didn't stumble into anyone, she slowly made her way down the street, sudden dizziness swept over her. Stumbling to a stop one hand gripped the side of her head, her eyes squeezed shut trying to will it away. The world kept spinning faster and faster, until her mind decided to shut down and black over took her.

Cecil paced inside the decrepit building, trying to make sense of this pedicament. Okay, a dream. All of this being in some topless building full of dead leaves, was all a dream. It was either that, or he was kidnapped by some random kidnapper person and driven him... Cecil shivered, Upstate.
There wasn't anything wrong with Upstate New York, Cecil just found it incredibly boring. If you weren't into looking at trees or hiking or any outdoors-like stuff, you wouldn't like it here. Like a typical urbanite, Cecil wasn't into any of that.
Okay... Cecil straightened this out in his head, this was just some messed up dream. That's all, instead of Mars, he was in Upstate New York. Really, that's all... He smacked himself in the face.
Ow! Okay, not a dream!
Cecil paced in circles, trying to think of a reasonable explanation for all of this. He was pretty sure someone took him here, but there weren't any signs of life anywhere, no cars, no footprints, no nothing. That was, until his foot hit something. He looked down to see a old woman that reminded him of Professor Mcgonagall in those Harry Potter movies.
Oh s**t. Cecil put a hand to his mouth, Ohshitohshitohshit.... First he was stranded Upstate, now he was with a dead Professor Mcgonagall. s**t! He put a hand to her neck to check for a pulse. His fingers felt a beat, and Cecil wiped the sweat off his forehead.
Oh. Phew. Alright, no need to panic. She was alive, just sleeping, judging from the way she was breathing. He shook her gently, maybe she could explain what was going on.

Someone was shaking her, that someone was in a great deal of trouble if that someone was still in her room when she awoke. With a quick movement Blythe grabbed the hand shaking her and sat up and immediately regretted it. She gripped her head in pain as a headache erupted behind her eyes.
With a groan she carefully opened her eyes and looked around. This was not anywhere near her home, it was raining when she left the jewelry store, she wasn't even damp. How did she get here and where was she?
The ruins, the unfamiliar flora and fauna, even the air didn't smell right. Slowly staggering to her feet she held one arm out for balance, she finally found a wall and leaned heavily on it, the wall crumbles a bit behind her. After a few breaths she notices the young man standing there. Her eyes momentarily widen at seeing him and she straightens up, lightly dusting herself off.
"Pardon me young man, but do you how I got here? Or even the way back to the road?" Her voice slightly deep and very upper class British. "I am Miss Blythe Dautry, and you are?" She clung to what she knew and what she knew was manners.

Cecil's eyes widened when the woman grabbed his wrist. For the brief second he was in her grip, his wrist dangled around like a live fish floundering on the floor. He fell backwards from his crouching position and crab walked back a few feet as the lady got up.
From what she said, she had no idea where they were either. And from her accent, she wasn't from around here... Wherever here was anyway. Upstate somewhere. Definately upstate. He just hoped it wasn't anywhere in the Catskills, or Buffalo or somewhere like that, or they'd really be screwed.
Cecil rummaged through his bag for a moment, holding out a finger to say, "Wait". He took his bag of pens and his notebook, and flipped to a clean page. The mute quickly scribbled what he wanted to say to this stranger. He got up and showed her the page.
My name's Cecil. It said, And I'm just as lost and confused as you are. O_O He thought the face was a nice touch.

She was a bit flustered, how rude it was for him to not even have the courtesy to even speak to her! Why if she found out that he attended her school, he would have much to pay for. Yet she waited, if he didn't have a good reason for his behavior... Her thoughts were interrupted when he showed her the notebook.
A finely tweezed eyebrow rose, "Can you not speak?" It was possible she suppose, unusual but possible that he was a mute. How unfortunate, this was going to be quite annoying. "In any case who are you? And where are you from? You are obviously not from my school, otherwise I would have known you were coming."

Cecil looked at Miss Dautry, and gave her a shrug. Duh. He wouldn't be going through the trouble if he could now would he? He let out another silent sigh and shook his head. He resisted saying "No s**t." He was dealing with someone that could be his grandmother after all. He wrote a few more words.
I said... There was an arrow going back up to where it said "My name's Cecil"
And I think we're in Upstate New York. I'm not sure. Whoever kidnapped us didn't leave a trail. Cecil was writing this out of pure assumption, To tell you the truth, I have as little clue as you do. Another arrow pointed at "And I'm just as lost and confused as you are. O_O"

Blythe squinted at the paper leaning in towards it, then reached for her spectacles that should have been hanging around her neck. Standing up quickly she looked around her in a slight panic.
"Well don't stand there help me look for my glasses," She said exasperatedly, now hunched over looking at the ground. Turning over rocks and moving debris after a while she finally found them. Slightly scratched, it was relatively undamaged except for the broken chain, the cause of the problem.
Dusting them off she perched them on end of her nose. "There that's better. Now then let's see what you have there," This time she was better able to read the hand writing. "Cecil is it? And New York? Hardly, the last place I was, was in Southern England. They could not have possible been able to transport you or myself that far. I suppose we could have been drugged."
Straightening up she once again looked around. "I suppose we should leave this place then. No use waiting around, besides whoever did this to us may come back and I do not believe either of us will be able to fend off an attack," She started towards a break in the wall. "The best thing we can do right now is to stay together and find some form of a town. Come now don't lag."

Then one of us must be more drugged than the other, the last time I was awake, I was on a subway train. Cecil gave the notebook to the lady and looked around.
Well, finding civilization seemed the way to go. Judging from the building, they were in some ruin of some sort. There had to be some kinda tourist booth or something that could lead them right. Cecil nodded at the idea and followed. He took his notebook back and began following her.
((Should we just move to the town?))

((I will meet you at the Barons))
Somehow in the confusion of the woods the two had gotten separated. Now she was alone in some strange woods. It was near night when she came upon a road and it was just her luck that she chose to travel away from the town. Tired and frustrated she almost cried in joy when some nice re-enactors asked her if she would like to come to some Baron' manor. She quite happily straightened up and brushed herself off, and linked arms with one of the gentlemen in the proper fashion of a lady and was gently lead back the way she came to the town.

Coren sighed oh this wasnt happening, She fliped the locket around in her hand before making a fists and throwing it as hard as she could into the trees near by. Ok so work was a pain she sighed work was always a pain but if she didnt work then what? She stole all her goods, that was always a plus, of course she was sure if she went to jail again it would be for a long long time. Suddenly she stoped, was it just her or was she lost. She looked down at the floor littered with leafs and pine needles, that was the same. Suddenly she was starting to panic a bit she wasnt one to panic.
But it was dark and she lost sight of the lights of the buildings behind her. Stupid late night work at Subway they never liked how she did things "this is wrong this is wrong." She growled a bit looking around picking up the pace to a jog. Of course she wasnt aware of the rocks in front and took a full face dive into the ground and all was black.

"Lettuce, Pickels, Do you want anything more sir" Coren tryed a smile at the man in front of the counter but he was in no way to give one back. "That will be 6.50....." Suddenly a bird near by startled her and she opened her eyes. Only a dream, sitting up she rubbed the sore spot on her head and glanced around. "Well my situation hasnt improved." She stared hard at the moss covered tree for a moment, what happened did she breath in some toxic fumes, was this all a nightmare made by her mind. What was next a bear, suddenly she got up brushing off and hurryed in the direction she hoped was the right one.

Ok so the first thing to hit her was she was not going the right way, she figured to find some freeway, some road, a sign of people. Of course not just trees, trees, rocks, and more trees. And even tho she worked at Subway she as starting to want a huge sandwich, pickles, onions, american chesse, tomatoes couldnt forget those. "this is so not helping." She wiped her mouth like she was cleaning the crumbs off and looked around harder, maybe she was just farther in then she thought?
Taking off in a run again she crashed through the trees and stumbled almost fell into what she hoped was some sort of path, it looked like something a deer would use more then a human. But it was something and right now, anything was better then TREES.
