People who live here are often the families of merchants, sailmen and other travelers, along with those who work in the castle and other parts of the town

The darkest part of Loghedge, the place where thieves, blackmarket and other shady businesses and dangerous hangouts thrive. Not many venture here, including the guards
There's an unwritten and unspoken agreement worken out over the years that if people don't interfeer with its existence, it won't spread through the rest of the city
