Better idea.
Join RPs throughout Barton Town and find those who you think could benefit from this guild(i.e. the newbies who are actually trying to learn, and not just random newbies.). Make sure they see your name about. Then when you PM them, supply the reason why you are contacting them, the experience you had either watching them RP or RPing with them, and create a link to this guild. Also supply a short description of the services offered here.
This will remove any impersonal or unfamiliar sense to the offer.
