I am willing to give away Pokemans through various trivia questions, I have the following:
Egg Move Pokemons
Volt-Tackle Pichu
Outrage Gible
Blaze Kick Riolu
Wish Eevee
Dragon Dance Charmander
Dragon Dance Larvitar

All the Starters
All the fossils
You can only answer 1 question, and claim one Pokemon. That is the only rule
Questions
1 I am a 4th Generation Pokemon. I have two types, both of which share a common weakness. (1 name needed)
2 Every year, these two specific Pokemon, both 2nd Generation, team up and make everybody happy. (2 Names needed)
3 People say that I am just as smart as they are. (1 Name needed)
4 I'm one of the few Pokemon that were artificially created, however I don't think I'm better than everybody. (Sorry it's not Mewtwo) (1 Name needed)
5 Me and my sister Pokemon live deep in the sea, when humans see us though, they class us as different Pokemon. ( 2 Names Needed))
6 I created the land! And these 4 troopers pulled it together for me! (5 Names needed)

One of grounds weaknesses is ICE. It only has three weakness 1)Grass 2)Water and 3)Ice. just think of it this way. If ground wasent weak to ice but yet it is weak to water wouldent that be a little weard because isnt ice just frozen water? So tortarra's common weakness is ice becase ice KOs grass and ground.
(if you do not beleve me just look at any type chart it will show that if your opponet uses a ground type your best pokemon choise to fight agenst it would eather be a grass, water, or an ice type pokemon.)
