First off: Is it me, or does anyone else think that Conviction is a very fan-oriented album? I don't know.. the design in general, the meanings of the songs, their meaning for everything, the credits in the back of the booklet.. I just find this CD much more thankful and open and like bringing the fan family together..
But has anyone actually read all the thank you's? The paragraph for the fans specifically almost made me cry.
"Extra Extra Special Thanks to YOU the fans, for supporting us through thick and thin. Thank you for buying our records and t-shirts. And THAT. Makes me so proud to be an Aiden fan, and love the friends, family, and fans that support them.

God yes... my friend and I opened the booklet and read that and I swear we were almost crying... it is such a sweet thing to say and, like you, it made us incredibly proud to be a part of their fan base.

Hurray! I'm not the only one who reads the liner notes! I didn't have the urge to cry but I read it and re-read and read it some more and felt genuinely touched.
I love Aiden because you know that they mean this, from the very bottom of their hearts and they do make you feel like you, as an individual person, mean something to them, and that you're a part of something important. They're just the sweetest bunch of guys ever.
You just HAVE to love this band.

Exactly.... the first thing I heard about them... ever... was someones story about meeting them (It was a really good story) and after that we were basically destined to love them. We were biased from the start! lol.

I noticed that too.
Aiden is taking the World by storm and they are putting all of their dedicated fans one step ahead of them.
Ya gotta love the boys for caring so much about the fans.

I'm addicted to reading the thank you's. Even if i don't know who the f**k the people are.
I loved this album. and i'm kinda pissed off on how people keep saying 'OH THEY'VE CHANGED. TEHY'RE NOT METAL ANYMORE"
Well did you expect them to stay the same and never change forever just to please you? >>
