Ok im thinking of making this thread dedicated to Clearing Hard mode with rank S on each mission- I cleared normal with Rank S on every mission. It wasnt too difficult. The Rabid Problem with Hard mode aside from the increased amount of massive explosions, Is the PA piercing weapons. I like how the PA is an over shield like master chiefs. Also I like How you dont have to lock on for the missiles, which is an amazing thing for being extremely cheap, or even just putting logic behind our technology- Heat tracking warheads - Anyways more to come!
My guide will work best for XBOX360 seeing as how thats the system that i have. Also it will also be more accurate for those who have cleared all of the Normal Missions with Rank B or higher, and Cleared the Simulator

Note- PS3 and XBOX360 have 1 Difference
The PS3 version may contain a glitch- ((if someone could confirm this for me that would be great)) When you clear a mission on hard more with rank S more than once you keep collecting FRS memory +1. I hope this isnt true, because the XBOX360 version Does not.
XBOX360 To engage Hard mode Press X at the mission Select menu

So thats what im using and i have basically every part to work with so you know, and also if i switch out the weapons on the level i will let you know. ONCE AGAIN i got RANK S on all Normal Missions, now attempting Hard Mode for Rank S... god help me

Mission 1- First Strike-
Pretty simple just head past all the beginning MT's and get right on the water, switched over to my back mounted missiles and fired all missiles on the other side of the Bridge at the enemy Normals, firing both sets of missiles and shoulder mounted missiles into the crowds until the mission was Cleared-

Mission 2- Swarm of Red Eyes-
Ok So this one was a bit tougher for me, I think i found a way around it though. By clearing the Simulator you received a decent weapon known as the MOTORCOBRA machine gun.. Its got 1000 ammo packing and does enough to pierce through the PA of these little SDB self destructing bombs from the subs. Make as many shots count as possible!! Even though you have well over 2000 ammo not including your AS missiles DO Not waste Shots blindly It will cost you. When the Flight Capable Normals show up, show them up with your AS missiles not your Machine guns, you'll just be barely scratching them and they'll repay you with there laser riffles.
If you want you can go in with the Laser riffles, but you will run out of ammo..Its alright tho if you take out enough of the SDB and all the Flight Capable Normals you will still get a rank A.. or if u can pull it off a Rank S im gunna keep trying

Mission 3- Elimination
Erm this mission is rather difficult it would appear that all the idle normals have been activated and are armed with those Huge Missiles that are slow but follow you can cause a massive explosion. 2-3 Direct hits is enough to put you under 10k or even dead. So Start mission and switch to your AS missiles. Fire away till the operator says all enemy signatures in this area have gone silent. The next room is still full however. DO NOT STAND AGAINST THE WALL. You will receive massive amounts of damage through the wall. The second part is even more difficult than the last, hopefully your AP is over 20k still, stand a ways from the door and fire your laser riffle and rail gun at the red targets and make sure none of them come into the room your in. After that is taken care of fire your missiles through the door at a distance as well. If 1 or 2 remain go into the next room with extreme caution and take them out with your weapons.

Mission 4- Dangerous Waters
Get to work Raven, Drop down and engage thrusters- DO NOT TOUCH THE WATER, its littered with mines. Shoot out the Normals against the back wall and clear the mission as fast as possible without dropping under 20k in health, Do it fast and take em out

Mission 5- Operation Descent
Ok this one can be a pain to get rank S- You have to avoid every single Fixated laser cannons blast, it cant even reflect off your primal armor. You have to drop down without being shot 1 time and quickly eliminate the Normals, that part is no problem just be swift up in the sky use your quick boost back and forth and do not activate your main thrusters. Near the entrance of the tower youll find it even more difficult to dodge those lasers. DO NOT MISS THE ENTRANCE. Youll be shot at all the way down by the fixated cannons. It really comes down to dodge every last blast.

Mission 6- Sharp Shooting
Ehh this one is a pain, Leap into the waters as close to the turrets as you can and fire off swarms of missiles, try to avoid the cannon fire. When the Mobile Fortress shows up, to get a rank S it must be taken down. No exceptions, I always end up attacking the eastern front first the side right of the building you land at. Get behind the long range sniper cannons and take them out then Take out the Mobile Fortress with missiles. After that finish cleaning up the last of those long ranger snipe cannons.

Mission 7- Bald-Dora
So simple keep on those thrusters and jet through everything, do not get shot one time by those long distance grenade blasters. Jet past every thing, fire off a few rounds here and there, but get to the end of the level and kill the Normals fast.

Mission 8- Sandstorm Citadel
Another easy one, Screw everything and the next, just get to the missiles and fire your rail gun and laser riffle into them about 5 - 7 times and watch them blow up.
