It occurs to me that not many of you will know what Messianic Jewdaism is, and as I am new to this guild and a Messianic Jew, I'm posting this to stop having every single person ask what it is.
Messianic Jews follow the Torah to some extent, some also follow the Talmud, though I do not. We except the Brit Hadasha, or New Covanant, as the word of God, and as the fufillment of the Tanankh (The Old Testement). We except that Yeshua, or Jesus, is the son of God, and both fully divine and fully mortal. We also worship on Saturday, or the Sabbath, or, in Hebrew, Shabbat. We observe the Feast Days and the High Holy Days, as is comanded in the Torah. (NOTE: Chanukah is NOT a feast day, just a modern Jewish holiday, though most of us observe that too.)
If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask.
