The Luiaard City Apartments, though they look slightly run-down on the outside, once inside, you get a better perspective. The building actually seems to be taken care of on the inside, even if the outside, makes passer byers wary of it.
You can find the Ichimi gang members heading in and out of the building at all hours of the day. Though, the moment you step inside, you don't see any of them, except for maybe them turning a corner and disappearing.
Tetsu uses the apartment building as the gang headquarters, it has three stories set deep underground, that are hidden from the city above. The only way in, is to have a password and code, which is given to all the gang members.
The very last floor at the bottom is off limits except to a select few members of the gang, that Tetsu deems trustable. The first two floors are where the gangs members can hang out, share information, and trade things amongst themselves.

For color every drop they hold; Tetsu sat on a couch, against the wall, sighing as he set the remote in his hand down on a table. The screen in front of him, showed him all of the city, and there was nothing to do at the moment. Not when, nothing interesting was happening. He looked up, when two of his gang members entered the room, "Where have you been?"
"Here, there, everywhere," Ita chimed, crawling onto the couch, and nestling herself beside Tetsu. Nearly purring, as a hand caressed one of her neko ears. She closed her eyes, ignoring the look from Itake, as he sat down, away from the other two.
"You shouldn't be so kind to her. She's going to get us in trouble, going around and starting fights for no reason," Itake grumbled, glaring at Ita.
"Hmmmm...Ita, quit getting yourself into trouble with Itake. He doesn't seem to like it much," Tetsu mused, still caressing the neko demons ear, resting his head back, ignoring the monitor screen. "Where is Ehero?"
"Off doing something," Itake answered, looking at the screen. He found the kid quickly, chuckling a bit. He was talking to someone, though he didn't know what, and he was holding something in his hand. He was sure to have to bail him out of trouble later.To turn the lifeless whine of grief;

For color every drop they hold; Tetsu yawned, looking at the monitor screen, and starting to turn his gaze away, as two figures caught his eye, "What do we have here?" He studied the two for a moment, an angry glint in his eyes, as his expression turned to annoyance, "Toya, and Zai...Now, what are they doing in my bar?"
Ita turned her attention to the monitor screen, as Itake looked at it, as well. She spotted Ehero on the screen walking through the city, back towards the building. Then, she found the two Kyoutou gang members, hissing a bit, "Want me to get rid of them, Tetsu?"
"No, not yet. They're just drinking at the bar for now...I'll pay them a visit momentarily," Tetsu glanced at his pet like subordinate, caressing one of her ears, before turning his attention back to the screen, and standing up.To turn the lifeless whine of grief;
To living gold.

Their voices filled the room, as the sound came on, and the only thing on the screen was them. His expression darkened as he listened to them, turning around, "Come on, Ita. We've got friends to visit. Itake stay here, and wait for Ehero to get back."To turn the lifeless whine of grief;

For color every drop they hold; Itake put the remote down, looking over at Ehero, him and kid, had been watching TV, until they noticed Tetsu coming back with Ita. He messed with the kids hair, looking at the gang leader, when he walked in, "Did you have fun?"
Tetsu shrugged, glancing down at Ita for a moment, his hand moving to her ear again, rubbing over the soft, velvet like fur. He looked at Itake and then Ehero, watching the kid, "Empty your pockets."
Ehero glanced at Itake, a slight nervous expression on his face. He looked up to both Itake and Tetsu, and Ita was just there. He looked back to Tetsu, opening his mouth to speak, a little hesitant. Like the child he was, his voice sounded meek, yet almost defiant, "Why?"
Ita glared at the boy, how could he question their gang leader? Tetsu, the one who had taken the child in, when he hadn't needed to. She flickered her ears a bit, "Because he said so."
"Ita. Enough," Tetsu's voice was commanding, as he let go of his pets ear, letting his arm fall to his side, never taking his eyes off Ehero, "Empty your pockets, Ehero."
Ehero reluctantly stood up, looking at the floor as he did so, he knew better than to disobey that commanding tone. He swallowed hard, emptying his pockets onto the table tops beside him. Sighing, as he reached into his last pocket, pulling the last of the things out.
Itake shook his head, looking at the contents of the boys pockets, money, little colored packets of substances, and other things he recognized easily, "Ehero, you idiot."
Tetsu looked at Itake, never glancing again at Ehero, "Do something with him, before I do, Itake." He looked calm, as he sat down, watching the man take the kid by the arm, and leave the room with him. Ehero looked at him, and he merely turned his gaze away, letting Ita cuddle up to him. "Stupid kid," he whispered.To turn the lifeless whine of grief;

For color every drop they hold; Ita's ears pricked, turning her head in the direction of muffled cries and screams, "What's he doing to him?" She looked to Tetsu, her master of sorts, purring as he caressed her ears, as he always did.
"Far less, than what I would have," Tetsu replied, looking at the neko demon, with an unchanging expression. He continued caressing her ears, scratching them just a little, "Is it possible that my Ita, is worried about Ehero?"
"Of course not," Ita's ears flattened, her tail swaying back in forth, as she cuddled up to Tetsu. She nuzzled him, still purring, wanting him to play with her ears again, but getting no reaction.
Itake entered the room, licking a red substance from his hand, "Kid can take a lot, before he passes out, you know that, Tetsu?" He laughed at Ita's expression, "He's just as much of a masochist, as you are kitty..."
"I suppose he can," Tetsu shrugged, looking at Itake, watching the man, lick his hand clean of the blood, shaking his head the slightest bit. He looked at Ita curiously, "Oh? How does Itake, now that about you, Ita?"
"a**," Ita growled, flattening her ears again, and burying her face in Tetsu's shoulder, wrapping her tail around her waist.
"Such a good kitty..." Itake grinned, sitting down after grabbing a soda, watching Ita. He shook his head, shrugging as his leaders eyes met his gaze for a moment, and then swept past him to the monitor screen. A silent question, passed between them, was Ehero alright?To turn the lifeless whine of grief;

"And so the lion fell in love with the lamb...." he murmured.
I looked away, hiding my thrill to the word. Tetsu sighed, pulling a pack of cigarettes out of his pocket, and liting one. He inhaled the nicotin, looking at Itake for a moment, before he looked down at Ita. He caressed one of the demons ears, before speaking to her, "Go check on Ehero, Ita. He can't still be unconcious."
Ita nodded, getting up from her place next to Tetsu, where she had been cuddling into him, listening to him and Itake talk. She walked out of the room, knowing which room to go to already.
Itake grinned, watching Ita leave, the girl didn't seem to have any reluctance on the subject. Perhaps, she really was curious about the boy? Or maybe, doubtable, worried about him? He shook his head, looking at Tetsu, "I think she's actually worried about Ehero."
Tetsu shrugged, throwing his pack of cigarettes to Itake, so he could have one. He looked at the table, shaking his head, Ita had taken a pack with her, but she didn't smoke, and the kid did. He exhaled the smoke, "Maybe she is."

"Ehero," Ita's voice was hinted with a slight purr, she would never tell Tetsu or Itake, she was actually worried about the fifteen year old boy. She didn't even know what Itake had done to him, but his screams had told her, it wasn't anything completely pleasant. She closed the door behind her[, her eyes adjusting to the dim light in the room.
Ehero lifted his head, his eyes wet as he looked at Ita. He cringed, putting his head back down on his knees. They'd sent someone else to punish him again, and Ita hated him. Would it be worse than Itake, or not? He was thankful though, that it hadn't been Tetsu.
Ita's tail flicked, drawing her ears back in worry, as she crouched down in front of him, looking him over. His arms were bleeding, and the rest of him, seemed to be too. She sighed, rasping her cat-like tongue over the boys cheek, licking up the tears that spilled over, "Quit crying, it won't make you feel better."
"How would you know," Ehero said, a hint of anger in his voice, even as it was shaky. He lifted his head a bit, looking at the neko demon. Had she just licked him? He moved away from her, drawing his knees back up to his bare chest. He was cold, and shivering from it, his body only half covered, and dried blood shown on his skin. "Go away."
"It's your fault, you know...You don't listen," Ita said, crawling over to the boy, and sitting beside him, lifting his chin with her tail. "If you did what you were told, instead of getting in trouble, this wouldn't of happened."
"Tetsu wouldn't have had Itake...do that to me," Ehero was crying again, it had hurt, a lot. He couldn't believe that Tetsu would ever allow Itake to that to him, he just couldn't. "Tetsu wouldn't allow Itake do something like that to me."
Ita opened her mouth to speak, guessing a part of what Itake had done, and knowing the boy was wrong. She purred, wrapping her tail around the boys waist, drawing him closer to her, "You don't know Tetsu very well, or at all for that matter, Ehero."
Ehero looked at Ita, watching her mismatched eyes, one brown, one green. He didn't believe her, Tetsu was mean, and dangerous, but he would never let Itake do something...like that. Not to a fifteen year old kid, right? He sniffled, putting his arms around the neko demon, finding her strangely comforting in his current state, "I don't believe you."
"I understand, that you don't, Ehero. But it's true...He would let him do that...I could hear your screams...We could all hear your screams," Ita put her arms around the boys shoulders, keeping her tail wrapped around her waist, letting him cry into her side, as they sat there."What a stupid lamb," I sighed.
"What a sick, masochistic lion."

I am the one that flashes before your eyes. Tetsu stared up at the ceiling, his hands behind his head. Every once in a while he glanced at the huge monitor that showed the entire city of Luiaard. He closed his eyes, yawning and finding himself tired in the silence of the room. No one was around, though he thought they were probably off somewhere, doing Lucifer knew what. His thoughts meandered, unable to settle on one specific topic, and boredom washed over him. He yawned again, pushing himself up and searching the screens for Ita, Itake and Ehero. Ita was with Ehero, she'd taken to doing that for some reason, he thought maybe to keep the child out of trouble. And Itake...wasn't anywhere, more likely somewhere with some girl. He shrugged, reaching for a pack of cigarettes and lighting one. He inhaled the smoke, and leaned back against the couch he was sitting on, and watched the smoke swirl up towards the ceiling, "Damn. I'm really bored."

I am the one that flashes before your eyes. Tetsu sat up, he'd fallen asleep sometime, that wasn't really what he had in mind of entertaining his own boredom. He shrugged it off, and stood up stretching his arms out in front of him and yawn, glaring at the monitor screen and watching Ita enter the building with two men trailing behind her. He recognized them, it was Yoshii and Christian, hadn't seen them in a long time.
Ita's tail tip flicked back and forth as she walked, of all people who wanted to see Tetsu, it had to be Christian and, and Yoshii! She really hated that man, honestly. She found Tetsu sitting on the couch looking rather bored, smoking a cigarette, "The idiots are here."
"I'm not an idiot," Christian protested, his hands shoved in his pockets, they wouldn't be here long, Yoshii just wanted to talk to Tetsu about something. He'd just tagged along.
"Anyone who hangs around with that idiot, is," Ita grumbled, sitting beside Tetsu and glaring up at Yoshii. "Baka."
"Ita, enough," Tetsu commanded, knowing she'd still be angry with Yoshii, even if he kept her quiet. He placed a hand on her ear, and rubbed the velvet like fur between his fingers, calming the cat demon. "What do you want, Yoshii?"I am Sin.

I am the one that flashes before your eyes. Ita got up from the couch, tired of listening to Yoshii talk to Tetsu about whatever the hell it was. She didn't understand, nor did she care, and the both of them were getting on her nerves: Christian and Yoshii. She yawned, and mewed to Ehero as he passed her and walked down the hall towards the exit of the underground rooms. Her tail twitched idly as she made her way to the 'surface' and walked out of the apartments. It wasn't as if she was getting any alone time, Tetsu would have her found in a millisecond if he wanted to. So no worries there. She yawned again, and leaned against the building wall, and stared up into the sky, too bad the city had too many lights to see the stars at night. She watched the clouds, and yawned for a third time.I am Sin.

She skidded to a halt as she landed on the cement, having levitated to get to the city. Then Shiroshi began to happiliy skip towards Ichimi Headquarters. She preferred to hide in the shadows. Her eyes slightly glowed in the darkness, a psychaotic glint shined in them.
In her hands was the present that Toya had told her to give to Ita. I wonder what's in the present. Toya said not to open it. Mou! Once the apartment building was within sight, she slowed down to a stop. For a second, she just stood there before stepping inside.
Instantly, she controled herself and walked normally, trying to find Ita. So far, the few people she had passed had not suspected her. Afterall, most people not within the Kyoutou Gang that ever saw her usually ended up dead a little while after. Of course, there was always the chance of being recognized.
After a while, she opened a door and looked inside, grinning when she had found her target. As soon as she went inside the room, Shiroshi reverted back to her cheerful, crazy self. "Hello! Leader told me to give this to Tet-chan's kitty cat!" she said, brightly smiling as she held out the present.

She followed inside, and stood behind her, as she started to talk to someone. "Show some respect. Call him by his name," she controlled herself from growling the entire thing. Nobody called Tetsu, 'Tet-chan', she didn't care who they were. "What do you want?"I am Sin.

"Hm?" Shiroshi said, curiously looking to see who was behind her.
She grinned evilly, realizing this was the person that Toya told to give the present to, however, she answered the girl's question first.
"Why should I? It's not like I have any respect to show," sneered the fallen angel, "Either way, Leader said to give this to you, have fun..." With that, Shiroshi shoved the box in the cat demon's hands.
Instantly, the girl reverted back to her cheerful, crazy self, the psychaotic gleam in her eye once more. She gave a small wave before turning around and exiting the room. However, once she took outside the door, Shiroshi took a step to the said and waited. She was dying to know what was inside the box!
However, Shiroshi only waited for a few seconds before getting impatient. Deciding to just ask Toya what was in the box instead, she soon exited the base and headed back to Kyoutou HQ.

Ita stared at the box, blinking after she had glared at the girl for several moments, until she had left. She shook the box, pressing her ear to it, and listening for anything. She blinked and headed off to find Tetsu before she opened it. It was hers, but she didn't want to risk opening it, in case it was something terrible. Tetsu could always scan it, and then tell her whether she could have it or not. Being a cat demon, she was really curious, her tail flicking back and forth in anticipation.
Tetsu lifted his head up when he heard Ita purring, since when did she purr when he wasn't around? He rubbed a hand through his hair, and was surprised to find an excited Ita standing in front of him, "What you got there, Ita?"
"A box."
"I would have never noticed..." Tetsu shook his head, taking the box that the cat demon had in her hands. He looked at it for a moment, before setting it on a plate, that looked like it was for weighing things. He pressed a blue button, and a green light flashed across the bottom of the plate. He tilted his head as he read the print out and threw the box back to Ita, "It's all yours. Open it."
Ita mewed, sitting down on the floor, and staring at the box for a moment. She glanced up at Tetsu, ears perked as she finally opened the box, and folded back the sides. She pulled back the sides, and peered inside of it. She blinked and frowned, itching one of her ears, "There's nothing in here."
Tetsu groaned, watching his pet scratch her ears, "Oh, no..."

Chuckling, a boy who looked no older than eighteen walked into the room, a book in his hands. On his face was a grin, which was rare, since the boy was aloof and always seemed to look cold and serious. "Well lookie here, little kitty cat get fleas at last?" he said, noting the fact that Ita was scratching her ears. His purple eyes examined the room before settling on the opened box in front of the cat demon. "A special delivery, huh?"
The sight before him was one he would never forget. Though of course, he couldn't forget it even if he wanted to. Ever since he got bitten by a vampire, his memory had was nearly a photographic one. "Wonder who sent it..." mused the boy, opening his book and burying his face in its pages, soaking up every word inside.
