Off to the side, hidden from the open streets, this building looks completely dead and abandoned from the outside, all the windows seemingly boarded up, no lights come from the place.
What it lacks for appearance on the outside though it makes up on the inside. This is the main building, toyas central base for all operations revolving in the gang. Any thing important that happens or is decided will happen here.
The city of lust, or gokai as it is called was the first place the gang could officialy call home, their first real step towards climbing to the top. The building is large and full of many rooms and areas, both above and below ground, its an old building but its strong, and blends in well with the cities almost constantly changing appearance, blending in to the shadows and managing to stay hidden.
Gokai city was chosen as the main by the three top members, toya liking the place mostly because of the names meaning. It emphasises all that the gang is for, wanting more and stopping at nothing to succeed in its goals. It will become the top of the three one day, atleast thats what they want to happen.
The gang lusts for power though at a reasonable level, the other members able to control toyas unrealistic ideals with their reality based ones.

Toya turned in his chair sitting sideways in the thing his feet propped up on the other end, stroking the ears of the cat boy sitting sitting at his feet. He gave the little neko the slightest smile.
Garou simply looked up at the man, smirking at him as he leaned up to give him the slightest kiss, suddenly darting away in a flash of black fur, he had been waiting only for buchi to return. The neko boy glanced back at toya the playful smirk still on his face as he cuddled up to his loves side.
Buchi wrapped an arm protectivly around garous shoulders pulling the boy even closer as they turned away from their leader, their owner. Glancing back at toya and giving him a challenging glare, he hated it when toya was around garou, it made his fur crawl, he honestly sometimes wished the man would just die.
Toya had turned around watching the two, knowing this game well. He simply smiled laughing a little as they left, off to do whatever they pleased, he left them with some free time atleast "Feh, fine fine little neko pets go play...Ill just find something fun to do" he said mostly to himself smirking, he wondered where the others were, maybe he would go bother zetsu even see what the silent demon was up to....then again zai zai was allways an option.

For color every drop they hold; Zai walked past the two little nekos, as they hurried off to do who knew what. He didn't really care, as he turned a corner into the room, where Toya was sitting, looking at the gang leader, "You scared them off again, Toya." He stood back, leaning against the wall, watching him, he had nothing to do for the day, or at least not at the present.

Toya got up smiling at zai "Nah, didnt scare them off, buchi is just being greedy again is all, heh, bratty little pet wont share garou" he said laughing as he walked over to zai "You look bored you know that? How is it that you have nothing to do, heh, maybe you can keep me entertained then" he said thinking for a moment "Its weird today, everyone seems to be off doing their own thing, kinda creepy when it gets all quiet like this...but I guess its early in the day" he said shrugging.

For color every drop they hold; "Hmmm...Depends on the entertainment. I won't be used for something trivial," Zai smiled, the slightest, watching Toya. He knew what he had meant, he was just messing with him, "All the cities are a little quiet, it's as if, everyone is on vacation...It isn't that early, Toya."

Toya shrugged "Oh, come on, trivial stuff is allways the funnest zai zai" he said laughing reaching out and messing with the boys hair "And it may not be early for you, but its early for me...im lazy like to sleep in late alot" he said smiling "The place shouldnt be so quiet..but I guess thats a good thing isnt it? Heh everyone gone, that might be fun"

For color every drop they hold; Zai said nothing, as Toya messed with his hair, only flattening it with the palm of his hand, when the other was done, "Destructive and eventful things are more fun, Toya." He chuckled a bit, nodding, "You do sleep in a lot...Maybe, you'll get a full day to take a break?"

Toya shrugged "True...theres nothign like that going on right now, so were just going to have to work with the trivial things" he said wondering if they should go out some where "A break sounds nice...so if you had a break, which you seem to sir lazy standing around here doing nothing, where would you go huh? Something fun other than getting drunk off your a**...though thats the most entertaining thing for me zai zai if thats what your looking to do" he said smirking at the boy.

Toya laughed "Wow, you seriously want to? Fine then we can go do that while everyone else is out being all business like...dont know how they do it I couldnt stand that role" he said smiling "Well go to the only place good enough for us, jds...sides I know you love the place...unless you wanna head to one of the other citys?" he asked curiously, anything sounded fun right now.

It couldn't be helped in the end. He shrugged, "Unless, you want to go to another city, get into some trouble possibly."

Toya laughed, his grin feral, "I Love trouble, and I love to drink, so why cant I enjoy both!" he smiling reaching out and pulling zai along with him "Come on then zai zai, heh..who do you think is more fun to bother, hika or tetsu? Probably testsu, hika is allways so dull and calm...and tetsu is just an a**! So up tight the both of them, specialy tetsu though.." he said smirking laughing "Come one lets go bother ichimi my dear, have some fun and bug all of them" he said smiling as he pulled the boy along.

Going to the Ichimi territory would be interesting, the gang leader had everything under surveillance there, they were sure to get into trouble. He grinned, liking the thought of it, "As you wish, Toya. Tetsu is an a**. And Hika's a woman, what do you expect from her?"

"Oh I dont expect anything from her zai zai, heh shes to mean under that nice face of hers...Thats why I like to bug tetsu! I look at the guy and I know what im getting" he said happily "Hika though..way to mysterious for my likings, just not someone I want to have hate me" he said shaking his head "Women are the worst when pissed of anyways" he said shrugging simply leading the two out of the building, "well go to uxisuki, that place is pretty good" he said as they left.

((Sorry I was gone so long sin, lol sorry this took so long!))
Toya walked back in his hands clasped around his little package as his three followed up behind him friedns. He was in an amazing mood despite everything, a wide smile on his face as he thought of all the fun hed have with his little surprise. "Heh, ya know what buchi, really glad you two didnt open this thing, wouldnt have either of you back in the place if you had" he said beaming turning around to the others.
Buchi and garou looked at each other before looking at toya and the package curiously, buchi showing a little intrest in the thing for once. "So im taking it, that whatevers in that thing is poisoness then isnt it? Its something deadly atleast right?" the older white neko asked his tail swishing a little behind him.
Toya smiled and shook his head "Nope, surprisingly its nothing deadly? Wha why do you allways think im out to kill something huh?" he asked playfuly tapping the box lightly.
"Cause you luvs blood toya!" Garou chimed in happily, as he watched the box with a sort of anticipation wondering "Tell us please! I wanna know whats in it!"
Toya shook his head again "Nope sorry but if you two knew what was in here youd freak! Heh, I just realized, it would be hillarious if you two took a bath? Wet nekos are funny" he said laughing as turned away from the boys with his little box "Zai zai, we need to find someone to wrap this up and deliver it ita for me" he said giving the boy a smirk.
