This isn't just for the benefit of Spiffy, but to help my fellow guild captains that want advice.
Okay, so let's begin:
1. Do you look for a guild with more posts or more members?
2. Do you like guilds with Chatterbox subforums?
3. Do the acceptance of newbs in a guild make you not want to join it?
4. Do you prefer guilds that you want to join or that send you a guild request to be public, private, or hidden?
5. Do you prefer the captain to just do what they think is best for the guild or ask you with polls and threads what you want all the time?
6. Do you prefer a very active captain or a not active captain with active crew members?
7. Does it matter if you captain is rich?
Now to the longer answers:
8. What do you look for on a good guild home?
9. What is a reasonable join fee?
10. How many contests should the guild have and what should be the prizes?
11. How many subforums do you look for in your dream guild and what subforums would those be?
12. Do you prefer a lot of active threads in the guild's main forum or in the subforums?
13. Do you want to be able to fill out an application to be a crew member?
14. If so, what kind of questions should be on said application?
15. What should the rules be for the guild?
16. Do you like guilds with a lot of rules or not?
17. If this guild has a lot of rules, do you read all of them?
18. Anything else you want to put out there?

1. Do you look for a guild with more posts or more members? More ACTIVE members
2. Do you like guilds with Chatterbox subforums? yes
3. Do the acceptance of newbs in a guild make you not want to join it? not really,if the members are not active
4. Do you prefer guilds that you want to join or that send you a guild request to be public, private, or hidden? Guild that send me a guild invite.It's much easier that way.
5. Do you prefer the captain to just do what they think is best for the guild or ask you with polls and threads what you want all the time? anything will do.but I think asking the guild members first would be better.
6. Do you prefer a very active captain or a not active captain with active crew members? Can't choose...but if the crew members are as many as Spiffy,I'll choose the crews.
7. Does it matter if you captain is rich? Not really.

11. How many subforums do you look for in your dream guild and what subforums would those be? I just want good subforums like the art subforum and the gameroom,also chatterbox.
12. Do you prefer a lot of active threads in the guild's main forum or in the subforums? BOTH!but if I have to choose,main forum.
13. Do you want to be able to fill out an application to be a crew member? I'm a vice captain already,so...no.But (I think)the member should be active first to become a crew
14. If so, what kind of questions should be on said application? -
15. What should the rules be for the guild? no cybering,no swearing,follow the ToS,etc...
16. Do you like guilds with a lot of rules or not? not really...
17. If this guild has a lot of rules, do you read all of them? Yes.(duh.)
18. Anything else you want to put out there? none.
