Yes... I think that's the gist of it. If we can get enough regular posters, so that there is at least two posting members in the guild at any given time, it will make it infinitely easier to get other members to join. Right? Because people who would be active will be attracted to an active guild.
GAH. Circular logic. We need to be active so we can be more active--what?? My head is exploding.
K. I'm beginning a search for a guild being sold for a reasonable price. The first thing we need to do when we get there is set up a sort of post watch on it.
Maybe if we create the illusion of great activity, right as new members are entering they will be encouraged to reciprocate such behavior.
