Story It was always believed that any race could befriend one another and create peace. It mattered not if you were a Elf from the evergreen forest, a Vampire from the darkest castle, a Mermaid from the oceans depth, a Angel from cloud 9, or a human from the richest valley. You could be a sprite, a ghost, a centaur, or a nymph and still be friends. Or so the heavenly creators thought when they made the planet Mythyal. However when there children where created with there own thoughts and hearts, it gave way for corruption to plant itself in them. Races clustered in groups more often then not, never truly trusting other races. Mirages between different races often ended in heartbreak, or became targets for other races to attack. Though war was never started, it was clear to see that the hope the heavenly creators had for there children was beginning to dim one day after the next. Till 2000 years after the planets’ birth. One of the heavenly creators fell victim to immense rage it’s children suffered from; and as the rage and hatred built up inside this creator, the more the other creators feared for the safety of it’s children. In hopes of saving the planet and all that lived on it the other creators banded against the corrupted one and banished it to the planet, without its’ heavenly powers, in hopes it would pass on without causing harm. There attempt, though mostly successful failed slightly. The corrupted one planed ahead and stored some of its power on the planet. Once he was banished to the planet, he clamed his power and began to build an empire in which he hoped to rule the planet over with in a feeble attempt to show the other creators there mistakes. After seeing this, the heavenly creators had feared more so for there children, but noticed something as well. Some of its children noticed that the planet was in danger from this new being; and although they did not trust one-another, they would do anything in there power to protect there world from the destruction this being was creating. For 100 years they fought, the heavenly creators watching them all the while, and for 100 years they were losing. Finally one of the other heavenly creators decided to help its children by granting power to one of each race, more power then others in its race knew. These chosen ones would come together to fight off the threat that plagued there world, in hopes of bringing peace, love and happiness just like the heavenly creators had once dreamed of. Characters Gaia Name: Tomoyo Tenshi Name of character: Tomoyo Race: Mermaid Age: 19 Gender: Female Picture:  Abilities: transform her fin into legs, talk to sea animals, can give others ability to breath underwater so long as they have something of hers. Special ability: When she sings she can control anyone she wishes for a small period of time. Has the ability to control electricity. Weapon: 2 shells that are like razor fans. Personality: Kind and caring, a little bit frightened by males in general, otherwise scares easily, willing to help those in need but tends to run away before anything can be asked in return for her help. Bio/past: Her father died before she was born, so her and her mother were very close. When she was 10 years old her mother and her went on one of there weekly visits to the land from their ocean home. As they were on the land a group of men attacked her and her mother; severely beating her and torturing and beating her mother to near death. In a panic she somehow managed to let loses some of her electrical ability and killed a few of the men. Her mother and her made it back to the ocean, but her mother soon died due to lack of blood. Since then she has had a small fear of men; though she will help them to her comfort level when they need it, such as taking them to the land before they drown. She has not had much contact from other living things other then the sea life. Gaia Name: Aura_Tenchi Name of character: Ariella Sayaro Race: Forest Elf Age: 148 (19 in human years) Gender: female Picture:  Abilities: Natural Healing, Nature Communication, Increased Senses Special abilities: Manipulating Plants, Forest Walker (within 30-50 foot radios) Weapon: Bow and arrows, Long sword Personality: Outgoing and energetic, constantly looking for the bright side in any dire situation, can be a bit annoying at times, rather considerate of other’s feelings. Bio/past: Ariella’s parents died in a fire when she was of a young elven age. Strangely enough, none have even come close to solving the mystery of what even started the fire to begin with on that fateful day. Even though the memory still plagues the child every now and then, it never stopped her from smiling on a daily day-to-day basis. At the age of 673, her instructor took the young orphan into his home and trained her in the art of swordsman ship and archery. He saw her not only as his precious student, but also as his most treasured daughter. Gaia Name: Zeine Name of character: Zeine Orion Race: Human Age: 20 Gender: Male Picture:  Abilities: High stamina, Stronger when emotions are triggered. Special abilities: Wind Manipulation. Toughened skin. Weapon: Lance Personality: Rather outgoing and kind, but has the tendency to judge others by race or appearance. He's rather cocky as well, confident in his abilities. Can be easily angered in certain situations do to his human nature. Also holds a grudge against Elven kind. Bio/past: He had left home as a young boy at the age of ten, not being able to stand living with his mother and father any longer. His father was a bully and he couldn't understand why his mother loved him. He was always threatening her, complaining about food and home, beating her at times and Zeine as well. His mother, on the other hand, was kind and timid. She took good care of her child, even in their poor conditions. But she would never stand up for herself against her husband. She always took the blame and would apologize when she had done nothing wrong, just to please the man. He loved his mother dearly, but he couldn't take it any longer. So the boy left in seek of a better life. Eventually, he came to be a student in training school of the art of combat. It didn't take him long to succeed the other children, and before he knew it, he had been offered the position of a castle guard for a Lord and Lady at seventeen. Wanting to shove his accomplishments in the face of his father, he decided to return home, but when he arrived he found his village in ruin. He never did find the bodies of his parents, although he discovered the identity of the attackers when an Elf attempted to ambush him. It was a tough battle, but the young man prevailed. Leaving the town for the final time, he began his adventure to seek revenge on the family he despised, yet still loved. At the age of twenty, he retired from the Lord and became a wandering mercanary. Gaia Name: Ame Mi Vita Name of character: "Lily" Race: Shapeshifting, carnivorous plant. Age: Has lived for 25 human years. Gender: Female Picture: Picture:  Her true form is that of a plant with green leaves and dark reddish 'veins'.) Abilities: Can (and needs to, from time to time) shapeshift all or part of herself into any type of (growing) plant, go months without any actual food (just sunlight and water) and still be healthy (photosynthesis), communicate with other plants. Special abilities: "Sail" on the wind as a spore, or group of spores. Can also produce natural medicinal properties. Weapon: Does not carry weapons. She can produce a poison, or shapeshift parts of herself into strangling vines. Personality: Quietly mischievous and very social in nature even though spends a lot of time by herself. Not really good or bad, will help or harm when she feels it's what she should, or needs to do. Bio/past: Originally came from the deepest parts of the forests where "her people" lived. Mostly in canyons, valleys or wide fields filled with flowers. Basically, places where there were lots of nutrients in the soil. Lived most of her life as a tree, shapeshifting to look like various different other plants when the time suited her, especially including a time when loggers came to cut down many of the tall timbers around her and her 'family'. She became intrigued by the native human women, and the pale faces of the human loggers, and transformed herself into a "pale faced" woman to trick and toy with the loggers. Delighted to see other human women when she followed the loggers to their homes, she decided to take on that form as a means of interaction with these people. Draconian_Outlaw Gaia Name: Draconian_Outlaw Name of character: Young Lewhak Race: Hork-Bajir Age: Around 10-15. Actual Age unknown. Gender: Male Picture: Young is the giant green one, standing about 7'2" in his natural form. Abilities: Camouflaging skin, regenerative abilities, Rock-hard skin. Special abilities: Shape shifting, Incredible Speed. Weapon: His entire body. Personality: Young is considered a Hork-Bajir Seer, and has taken it upon himself to help fight the oncoming evil, which most Hork-Bajir can't comprehend, and the only thing they know is that the air grows more evil by the day. Young's tribe of Hork-Bajir have made their homes in the forested mountains above, and Young has descended in hopes of finding the evil and destroying it. Bio/past: The Hork-Bajir are usually about seven feet tall. They are a dark shade of green and have three-toed theropod feet. Their necks are long and they have a mouth that resembles a falcon's beak with teeth. Their legs are long and their knees bend backwards. They have blades at the wrist, arm, knees, and forehead; plus spikes on the tail. Despite their fearsome looks, they are peaceful herbivores that utilize their blades to harvest tree bark. Different blades have specific jobs for cutting bark. Elbow blades for a straight cut, wrist blades for taking strips of bark off, and knee blades for cutting bark close to the ground. The Hork-Bajir are not super-advanced; in fact, the average Hork-Bajir intelligence is said to around the level of a four-year-old human, except for seers (see below), though they are still considered sentient. The Hork-Bajir lifespan is unknown, but is apparently shorter than that of humans. It also seems that they grow to adulthood very quickly, as they can grow to near-maturity in no more than a few years. The Hork-Bajir Seer is a genetic anomaly in the Hork-Bajir race. They are abnormally smart for Hork-Bajir, and usually serve as leaders of their groups. Gaia Name: StarrSoul Name of character: Illeana Race: Sorcerer/ Enchantress Age: 19 in human years ((really over 100)) Gender: Female Picture:  Abilities: Magic, Telekinesis, and bestowing curses or enchantments Special abilities: She can read minds whenever she feels she needs to. She can also become invisible and make other invisible when she touches them. Weapon: Staff and bow + arrows Personality: She is trust worthy, but if you break that line of trust it’s going to take a while for her to trust you again. Since she is a social person, Illeana does not like to be alone. Bio/past: Illeana has never had a family she was raised by a sorcerer. She treated everyone at the sorcery tower like her family. When she finished her training she set off to find her true place in the world. She knew about the ‘war’ so she decided that in order to find her true place she would have to get threw this obstacle BAD PEOPLE Gaia Name: Draconian Outlaw Name of character: Serph Young Race: Used to be Human, now some type of monstrous demon. Age: 28 Gender: Male Picture: Human Form, Demon FormAbilities: Demon Mode: Devouring opponent's causes him to grow stronger, Devouring opponent's enables him to heal his wounds, Increased abilities[Strength, Speed, etc.] Special abilities: Human Mode: Barriers, Incredible Speed. Weapon: Human Form: A Wakizashi | Demon Form: Blades on arms. [See Demon appearance] Personality: Insane, always hungry to devour new opponents. Bio/past: It is unclear when or what is the exact cause of Serph's insanity. It could be from some type of trauma faced in his past, or it could be something he was born with, but whatever started it, his recent mutation feed's his insanity like gasoline on an open flame. It was believed that Serph gained his ability's upon coming into contact with the Banished Creator, and he was granted such power. If that is true, instead of the power fusing with him, it corrupted his human soul, turning his soul itself into a ravaging demon. Over the year's he has even been able to manifest his inner demon into a physical form, and that form has been called Varna. Serph's soul has become so warped, he has been reduced to more carnal mean’s to grow stronger, such as the devouring of his victims to gain strength, but strangely, instead of making him weaker with such regression, it has made him stronger, and less predictable. Gaia Name: Colin Yau Name of character: Tsukino Yuki a.k.a "Cold Flames" Race: Demonic Human Age: 18 Gender: Male Picture:  ((Best i could find with two swords and I love the anime Inuyasha))Abilities: Fire Breath:Yuki can take in a deep breath and release a huge volley of pure red flames, engulfing whatever and whomever in it's way. At most, it can reach up to 25 feet away from Yuki. Shapeshift: Yuki's normal appearance stands out among any race; his dark red eyes from his demon possessed body mixed a human body, pointed ears from his Elven blood and the cold stare from being raised to only work under his father's and his lord's wish. Though he can shapeshift, his dark red eyes and his gender will always remain no matter what. He can only shift into an Elf appearance. Aura Regeneration:Due to his mix blood, he has a small gift for healing minor flesh wounds. Though it needs concentration and Yuki to stop moving, it's able to only heal those that he wishes to. Because of his mix blood, he is only able aid at most three people; his stamina and body can't handle any more and the people would have to be within a ten feet radius for him to be able to heal them. Special abilities: Shadow Manipulation:Uses his victim's shadow to slowly strangle him/herself, or snap the neck. Though it is powerful, Yuki needs absolute concentration and must stay still because of his mix blood. But it would require a victim who is already exhausted or given up of his will to live or admits defeat. If none of those are present in the victim, his skill will backlash back onto him and drain him of his remaining stamina. If he were to target a victim and someone interferes, his skill would immediately backfire and restrain him instead, until he is dead, knocked out or drained of his stamina; any kind of interferences work: flash of light, a close moving object to catch his attention even if it's for a split second, any slight movement he's forced to make, a direct contact to the victim's shadow with another shadow, etc. If the victim suddenly were to suddenly move before Yuki could concentrate oh his/her shadow, the victim escapes unscathed and Yuki suffers a temporary loss of stamina. Wings:Using his own shadow, he can lift it off the ground onto his back to form wings temporarily to either defend, attack or soar into the skies for at most 10 minutes. Though it can defend, it can take no more than two attacks. When attacking, it drains his own energy, since it's using his essences to attack, he's only able to send at most 5 shards of black feathers that can pin down a person's shadow, stopping the victim's movements. Weapon: Dual Katanas and a wakazashi Personality:Cynical and pessimistic, Yuki has no care for others other than himself and his father's wishes. For 17 years of extreme pressure from his father to serve the lord to rule the world made Yuki very lonely and devoid of love. He doesn't know the meaning of enough, often torturing his victims for months before growing bored and killing him/her. His cold and vicious personality gave him the nickname "Cold Flames" for his fire breathing ability and his cruel treatment to others. He prefers a close and personal kind of fighting, enjoying the feeling and adrenaline from cutting open his victims with his katanas and wakazashi. Bio/past: Before his birth, his mother was a human and his blood father was an elf. As the approaching corrupted lord's army arrived, his father left his mother alone, only to be kidnapped by a Dark Elf, conjuring evil spirit's to corrupt the unborn child. After his birth, his mother died of sadness, torture and the effects of having spirits corrupt her child before birth. Ten years under his evil father's tutelage, he grew cold and oppressive, slowly losing what ever human emotions he had left. The lord saw this and bestowed him a special weapon, only used by him in his army, to signify Yuki's importance and hard work. His dual katanas were forged from long-deceased bones and spirits of warriors assassinated and kidnapped by the lord's army, made into a weapon filled with hate, remorse, regret and sadness. After eight more years, he had became important and famous throughout the land under the lord's desire to take the planet as his own. His goals were simple: kill all those that dares to go against the lord and his father, regardless of the danger and his life. Gaia Name: Super-Wasabi-Man Name of Character: Ursol Race: Bear/Spirit Age: Eternal, physically 23 years. Gender: Male Picture: Ursol (human form)UrsolAbilities: Shape shift into human form, Enhanced physical abilities, Reading the land with ease. Special Abilities: Telepathy, Extensive mind (able to learn, adapt and understand nearly anything he is presented with or interested in). Weapon: Teeth and Claws Personality: Ursol is tender and gentle for the most part, but when he is crossed or defending something – he can become enraged, fierce and vicious. He is soft spoken and intelligent, sometimes lost in thought. He has an obsession with honey, being the physical manifestation of all that is the Bear. Bio/Past: For millennium, Ursol existed within the cosmos. His attention was not on the planet for some time, it was instead lost within the universe. Until, for reasons unknown – he became interested, very interested. After many years of observation and studying of life bellow, he wished to experience the life of those he saw. His wish was granted, and the greatest spirit of them all sent him to the planet in his form: the Bear, though he retained some powers from his celestial form to alter his appearance. At first, he was unfamiliar with nearly everything for he had never seen the planet up-close. He had never felt the wind upon his fur, the earth beneath his feet. For the next 20 years, he lived in the forests, the jungles, the mountains and wilderness – living as a creature of the planet. He learned to hunt, to gather, to live and let live. Ursol even lived among “Humans” for some time, in the shape of their own kind. He lived as a blacksmith in a small town for about a year, learning of them and even experiencing “emotions”, something he had never seen before though, he still had much to learn of them. Though, after a year in their company, he left them and wandered on into the unknown. Now, he wanders on, searching for something new for him to learn.

((I'm assuming you wanted someone to start us off, since you havn't posted anything but have obviously been on to tell us to start... If you were planning to start it yourself and my post doesn't work with what you were thinking, feel free to delete it. heart ))
Floating among the trees was the wind, and on the wind's current was what appeared to be an unusual amount of dandelion spores, unnoticed to most people, unless they actually looked for them.
The wind was heading in the direction of the ocean and took the spores with it.
They slowly came together as they landed just shy of the beach and joined to form a woman's figure, who walked barefoot upon the sand. She had gone days without contact with people, saw someone nearby and decided to investigate.

It had been another peaceful morning out in the forest as Ariella ran her usual route. Her job was to check for anything out of the unusual and report it to the elders immediatly. A rather boring task considering no one ever ventured far into their wilderness without some form of purpose. Besides, without a map or knowledge of the forest, one could easily get lost. That ment the only way the job would ever get exciting and adventurous is if she tried to make it so herself.
Roaming down one of the hidden trails, Ariella thought it best to imagine she were somewhere dangerous. Glancing around one rather large tree, she pressed her back against it and slowly knelt to the ground. The wind gently blew her hair into her face, yet she ignored it, concentrating only on the imaginary task at hand. "All is silent. It may be safe to continue forward, but only if one is cautious. Don't get caught by the enemy. Take them down before they get to me. Easier said then done." A small smile spread across her face as she slowly moved forward to the next tree. "What a shame for them that they leave marks of their passing everywhere."
