Old mostly empty office buildings, no longer used for their original purpose's. Little business is run in these places any longer, papers and tipped over file cabinets littering the spaces. Many things burnt or destroyed just for the heck of it. Its fine to stay if you need a place to hide for the night, though not much ever happens here.
