I usually just listen to music or read when I'm having trouble sleeping.
By the way, weren't you a guy before? [/color]

I have the same problem. Only it's been since 4th grade. I suggest some calming tea, chamomile is great, and perhaps some calming music. Bathing helps me relax if I really need it too.

I never get any sleep. And Gaia hasn't helped me either. I go to bed at around 1, but sometimes 12 if I'm lucky.

i am a chronic insomniac... tea helps rarely... when i read books i end up being up half the night all interested in whatever ive been reading(currently:At the Tomb of the Inflatable Pig)... classical music is nice... working an early job usually can put me down at a more reasonable hour by day 3 but the cycle restarts on day 4 really... i have no advice as nothing works for me consistantly. rofl
welcome to the dark side. wink

I have no idea why, but I've actually been sleeping earlier the past few weeks. I just got contacts, and they tire my eyes, so that's probably why.
Before then though, I'd listen to music to help tire me out... I use to have a playlist of "songs to help me sleep" but I kept accidentally deleting it. -_-; So now I just listen to artists that help me sleep (like Cocteau Twins, Regina Spektor, and Slowdive).
I hear warm milk helps. Someone also told me to exercise and it will exhaust you so that you'll want to rest, which I haven't done much of yet (I keep forgetting, lol).

Taking a bath/shower usually makes me tired.
