Name: Galadriël Anwarünya
Homeland: Originally, she lived in Lorien, but now she is a wanderer
Description: Galadriël is a tall and slender elf. She has long black hair and silver-blue eyes. Her complexion is pale as the moon itself, and she has been seen walking the lands in the daytime in a long white gown, and in the nightime in a dark blue one.
Age: 794 winters
Gender: Female
Race: Elf
Weapons/powers/skills (optional): Galadriël carries a long sword, a daggar, a bow and arrows. She is well-practiced in fighting and healing, (based on hundreds of years of experience) and very nimble.
History: Galadriël grew up in the woods of Lorien. Her parents were good friends with the Lord and Lady, and also with the half-elven Elrond. Sometimes, they traveled to Imladris for counsil with him, taking her along with. As she came of age to care for herself, she saw many of the hurts of the world, and, heartbroken, walked it by night, healing what she could. Her parents long ago decided to sail to the West. They begged her to come with, but her heart was too far bound to the world and its hurts to leave. When they left, she took to wandering the land. Sometimes, she meets up with the Lord and Lady or the Half-elven, but otherwise, she can be seen where things need healing. When orcs, goblins, and other evil creatures began roaming the earth freely, she learned to fight them off. Many people in their homes, field and cities are protected from these creatures by her without knowing it. She has befriended the Rangers of the North and helps them when they need it.
Sample post (needs to be 2-3 paragraphs):

Galadriël stood still as stone in the middle of the forest. Rays of moonlight shone down on her and scattered spots around her. She heard the noise of a horse walking nearby. Soon, she also heard wolves howling in the distance. Every time she heard a howl, it was closer than before. Stirring for the first time in many hours, she walked silently through the trees. The horse she had heard reared up, kicking its rider off, and vanished into the night. She paid it no notice. A man of about fifty years stood, alarmed and unnerved, preparing to fight the wolves off. She jumped up and grabbed a low branch from a tree, and maneuvered silently and gracefully up through the branches. As she stood, she saw the wolves encircling the young man, preparing ot attack. She fitted an arrow into her bow, and aimed it. The leader of the pack prepared to jump, going straight for the man's neck, and in seconds he was gone.

Just as he reached midair, and the others started coming in to back him up, a howl heard for miles around pierced the night, and he fell to the ground, an arrow sticking out of his neck. The other wolves, dismayed, looked around widly, trying to find the hunter. Arrows started flying throught the air with perfect precision, some of them hitting trees next to the wolves, and sometimes hitting the wolves, killing some instantly, and injuring others so they could not walk or run without pain. The wolves that she did not harm went mad from fright and darted into the trees.

By now, the man who the attack had been meant for was taking cover behind one of the bushes, scared to move. As she made her way down the tree, she whistled. Moments later, a brown horse appeared through the trees and returned to his master. Before the man could find her, Galadriël had taken off. Any animal that chanced to look up for a moment saw nothing more than a mere streak of blue racing through the forest. She ran tirelessly, not making a sound. After running for ten minutes, she stopped just as quickly as she had started, and whistled. A ladder dropped down from a tree near her, and a man appeared at the top of it, climbing down quickly. She relayed what had just happened to the man in the forest. He nodded and thanked her. She turned and walked away swiftly.
