Rolling in the landscape of japan, is a large city known as Tokyo....Hidden outside of its modern lights and old outskirts, are the twisted roads of the mountains. Here is where one of the upraising sports was born, known as Drifting....This was most likaly the begining of the tuner street racers...
Now there may be a lot of underground stuff in japan, but not one as elite as "Burnt Rubber: Underground. This is where some of the best street racers and drifter hang it all out on the line in gut clintching challenges agenst eachother...One mess up here, could mean the end of a lot of things...Your cash, your ride, and maybe....Your life...

Here is a listr of the rules of the Roleplay, Teams, and OOC here. Also you'll find the racing system.
RP rules
1. Be literate. I do not want people RPing like "-Peels out.-", hell-no. No -, *, etc. Book style RPing, at least two lines...I do understand writer's block. Put in brackets after the post [WB] if you're having writers block. When speaking in RP, use "".
2. Font. Font sizes must be 9-11. I want to see some color but its fin if you don't want too.
3. No emotes.....Only in OOC can you use emotes.
4. During racing, I don't want to see little piddly a** cars agenst the hottest rides on the street. Keep it even. There are classes, stay in your class or if you want to press your luck, one out.
5. Fighting is allowed. But...Be real...Don't go all Naruto on anyone. This is a Tuner RP, not anime.
6. Try to include others...
7. Don't be a dumbass. Use commen sence. ^^
8. You have a starter car and 10k to start. The car must be under 300HP. And have no mods. You must buy all your mods. Unless I say you can start better.
Team rules.
1. In this RP there are teams. Teams must stick to these rules.
2. 3-8 people per team. To have a team you must have atleast 3 people. And at max 8. You have to have a leader and co leader. At 5-8 you may have a secend leader. Teams are givin an offical class by the adverage class of the members.
3. Teams will be put into a list with the name, members, who is leader and co leader(s). If you're going to make a team, be sure to pay attention to stuff....Its not easy.
4. No inner fighting in the team...No loners, none of that. Good buds, or goodbye. XP
OOC rules.
1. No flaming anyone or anything. You want to rant about someone in the roleplay tell me.
2. Use commen sence. Don't down people's ride.
3. Try to keep OOC talking down...
RP Profile rules
1. Fill out the form and PM it to me named "Burnin' Rubber".
2. Japanese names are liked better then english unless you have story about an english character moving to japan.
3. Again, starter cars must be 100% stock and under 300HP unless I say different.
4. Make ages reasonable.....We won't have any 14 year olds or 80 year olds driving out here...
5. Use commen since. Be literate about everything.
6. Appearnces on the character and car may be real pictures, details, or anime/game style. Just make sure its detailed. Again be literate, try to include haight and so on.
7. Don't....Be...DUmb....Can't stress that enough. XD
Racing System
Of course there is a racing system, made up by myself.
Alright this is how it works. Using the dice system, you'll figure out who win's races. This is how it works.
There are 15 classes. 100HP-1,500HP, obviosly by 100 each. You're class works with your car's HP. You have a 4 sided dice, and for the number, you enter it by the class. A car with 200-299 HP, will be rolling 2, 4 sided dice, and so on. A 500 HP car rolls 5 4 sided dice, I think you get it. Both users roll dice acording to that system, whoever bhas the best luck turn out, wins.
Drifting System
The drifting system is still under thought...I am thinking just who write's the best details....But we don't know yet.

Alright this is how the mod's work. You start with 10k, and you win whatever the other wagers in races. You can come spend it here. You buy a part for how much money its worth, witch is taken from you're money. You can modify everything from visual stuff, you preformence. ^^ So here is your list.

-Full Ground effects(Body kit) - 4k
-Small Spoiler - 2k
-Mid sized spoiler - 3k
-Large Spoiler - 4k
--Carbon fiber verions of spoilers, add 1k to the size
-Hoodscoop - 3k
-Roofscoop - 3k
-Fender kit - 4k
--Costom body - 6k+
-Rims - 3k-8k (Depending on what style)
-Single Tail Pipe - 1k
-Twin Tail Pipe - 2k
-Decal - 0.5k
-Small paint symbol - 2k
-Basic solid paint - 2k
-Basic two tone paint - 3k
-Basic design paint - 4k
-Detailed two tone - 4k (Such as an halftone fade)
-Detailed fullbody paint - 6k
-Special paint design - 6k-10k
--Other: Depending on what it is you want to do , could be 0.5k - 10k+
Preformence
-Semi Racing intake - +50HP - 7k
-Racing Intake +100HP - 10k (If you have the semi racing hooked up, its only +50 from that)
-Sports intercooler - +30HP - 5k
-Racing intercooler - +60HP - 8k (Only +30HP if you already have sports installed)
-Turbo stage 1 +40HP - 5k
-Turbo stage 2 +60HP and needed stage 1 - 8k
-Turbo stage 3 + 100HP and needed stage 2 - 11k
--Turbos are tunders and none muscle cars only)
-Supercharger(American muscle based cars only) - +100HP - 11k
-Computer chip 1 - +30HP - 2k
-Computer chip 2 - +70HP - 6k
-NOS - +50HP - 6k and 1K after every two races for a new bottle
