Planet Bio:
The Outer Core world is a newly aquired planet to the Secound Galactic Empire. Tupan is much like the planet Bestine in the First Empire; It is almost completely covered in water With the Exception of the Huge and small spiraling Islands. The Majoraty of these are home to large urban Cities.
The Population has made this planet a happy retreat for the wealthy, But even more so, It's growing Industry. The Planet boasts massive orbital ship building complexes, larger then those at Krykos, that houses a massive garrison. Tupan has another odd way of ship building. They have hudge underwater Industry, and ship building facilities close by to most of the City and Industrial zones, This allows Frigate sized ships to be constructed much faster, and with fewer credits.
The planets crust and atmosphere also has rare gases that can be used in bacta tanks. This gas has caused the population to have good health.
The Imperial control here is absolute, With Moff Tallis being harsh on any illegal activities. Unfortunatly, this does not stop smugglers or the black market. The planet is also suffering from the growing pollution, that is spoiling Tupan's natural beauty.
Planet History:
Not much is known about Tupan before Imperial control. Only that The native species has been here for a very long time and has made a highly advanced society. Untill scavengers, and other settlers (mostly miners) came to this world, the Tupanians were very shy, But incredibly intellegent.
The Tupanians have worked well with the Empire, which used them as scientist, and in many other feilds. So far Humans have had no problem working with them.
