Treasures walked into the arena slowly, her yellow eyes wandered about, seeing all that they could see. She was very nervous but tried to hide it. It was her battle, and not only that. She was fighting with a pokemon she had never seen. But she felt that her studying for so many years would finally pay off through this battle. Rather she wins or looses, she could already tell that coming here was worth it. " Alright, come on out Buddy!" she said as she released a charmander from the pokemon rentals.
It looked happily at Treasures, " Char, char!" it greeted her.
Treasure smiled, " Hello Buddy, my name is Treasures. Are you ready to battle with me today?" she asked.
"Char, char, char!" it replied excitedly, wagging it's tail slightly.
Treasures nodded, " Alright, now we just have to wait" she said as she petted buddy and waited for her opponent.

Falcon stepped into the ring; Kiliina stepping with grace alongside her. The Delcatty's eyes roamed the ring; her ears perking up with recognition as they landed on her opponent. Cale, the Dragonair, was spread across Falcon's shoulders; his tail wound around her waist. His also noticed Buddy; he had been the one to face the Charmander last time, and had emerged the victor. The Dragonair snuggled his head into Falcon's neck; it wasn't his turn today, and for that he was grateful. Kiliina stepped into the ring; light on her paws. Falcon stroked her back as she went. "Do your best", the Trainer encouraged her Pokemon as they prepared for battle.

Treasures looked upon her opponent and her pokemon, first with worry then with excitement. She petted Buddy, " Alright Buddy, let's give them some thing to remember" she said. Buddy grinned and stepped forward in the arena.
She looked at her opponent and smiled, " Good luck!" she yelled to him then thought of a first attack.
" Alright Buddy, let's start off with an Ember!" she commanded.
Buddy nodded as he got a determined look then took a deep breath in. As he let out his breath, fire reached out at there opponent.

"Kiliina, watch out!" Falcon called. But the Delcatty hadn't battled for a long time; her reflexes were slow- too slow. The conflagration briefly consumed her; and as it receded, Falcon could smell charred fur and flesh. Kiliina was cowering; patches of fur were burned off, and the skin underneath was seared. Falcon bit her lip; a bad start, one which may well have decided the outcome already. The Delcatty slowly stood; clearly in pain. "Come on, Kiliina!" Falcon called encouragement. "Do your best!" The Delcatty nodded; showing she heard. Falcon thought fast; Kiliina's attacks were mostly close-combat physical attacks, so she needed to get in close. "Use Tackle!" Falcon called. Kiliina instantly kicked off from the ground; sprinting towards the Charmander. As she drew close, she pushed herself into the air; leaping at him. (Dice Roll) The attack was weak; Kiliina's movements pained. But Falcon was gratified to see that the Delcatty was, at least, trying. 3 Damage! Roll * 18 / 15 = 3.6 = 3

Buddy had to catch him self from falling back. That blow wasn't too bad, but Treasures could still tell it hurt.
She was glad that the match was already on her favor, but she wouldn't et her self get too excited. After all, it was only the beginning.
She thought quickly then smiled as she called out to Buddy, " great job so far, Buddy! Now use scratch!"
Buddy nodded, sense Kiliina was already so close he didn't have to go far. Buddy raised it's paw while jumping at Kiliina, then slashed when he felt it was right.

"Kiliina, dodge!" Falcon yelled. This time, the Delcatty's quick reflexes and natural grace saved her; and she skipped out of the way of the attack. Her tail was caught; the shallow scratch oozing tiny droplets of blood. But otherwise, the Delcatty seemed to recover from the attack fine; ready to react as soon as Falcon raised her voice. "Alright, use Iron Tail!" Kiliina whirled; light on her feet, she quickly spun her body for momentum as she hardened her tail. When she thought the timing was right, the Delcatty pushed her tail straight out; aiming to hit the Charmander with it. (Dice Roll) Falcon grinned as she noticed the power behind Kiliina's attack; with her slender tail it would be like being hit with an iron rod. She refrained from calling out praise; but it filled her chest with pride to see Kiliina trying so hard. 8 Damage! Roll * 18 / 15 = 8

Buddy yelped as the tail hit him, he went flying back, and skidded against the arena's floor. Treasures swore that she could feel the pain of that hit herself as she watched Buddy get back up slowly. She looked at Buddy with a questioning look but then saw the determination in it's eyes and nodded. Knowing that they couldn't give up because of one hard hit.
Treasures then looked back at her opponent then at Buddy, " Buddy! Use bite!!" Treasures told Buddy.
Buddy ran at Delcatty with it's mouth wide open and his fangs showing, hopng to chomp down on the Delcatty when it got close enough.
