Races Name: Celti
Physical Characteristics: Gentically to Humans save for being taller, and generally have blue eyes and blonde hair
Homeworld: Caleddon
Society/Culture: Tribe OrganisationThe Celti are a tribal people and live in groups between 100 and 400 strong. Each tribe has a different standard and each trube has its own version of coloured cloth known as tartan. While tribes related to each other may have similar tartan, no two patterns are identical.
Each tribe controls a certian area of territory and battles between different tribes trying to occupy each others territory are common.
Defeated tribes are often aborbed into the victorious tribe, meaning that the number of tribes is constantly changing.
Each tribe is lead by a Druidi, a Force Sensitive descendant of the Jedi Knights that were stranded on the planet millenia ago. The Druidi's goal is to lead the tribe well and protect it from harm.
Second in rank to the Druidi is the tribes warlord, usually the most experienced and skilled warrior of the tribe. He does the day to day running of the tribes warriors and may lead the tribe in battle if the Druidi do not. It is not unknown for the Warlord to be a Druidi too, but of lesser rank and power than the tribes leader.
Next in rank after the Warlord is the tribes warriors. These are the men and women who defend the tribe from attack, hunt for food and fight other tribes for territory.
The lowest rank in tribal society are the common people, those who make up the bulk of the tribe and gather food from the fields.
Military OrganisationAs warfare is a major part of the tribal life each tribe has a its own band of warriors to defend it and hunt for food. Lead by the warlord the warriors usually make up a quarter of the tribes population.
Each warrior force is divided into bands of 10 men, known as a Spear. Three spears makes a Party, while two Parties makes a Company. Tribes rarely have more than one company, although large tribes or nomadic raiding tribes may have more than one company.
Despite the relative primitiveness of the Celti the tribes warriors are often armed with blaster weapons, outdated models based upon those used in the Mandalorian Wars millenia ago. Sniper rifles are the most common, being the most useful in the forests of Calledon although most warriors are also armed with blaster pistols.
Warriors also carry two swords for close combat. One is for battle and is sharp and functional while the other is for cermeonial occassions and is elegantly decorated. When a warrior dies they are buried in a mound along with their ceremonial blade, while their battle sword is passed on to their next of kin.

DruidiThe druidi are an elite Force Sensitive society that rule the tribes of the Celti. Formed originally by a group of Jedi left stranded on Caleddon following a freak spatial anomaly it still maintains many traditions of the Jedi Order.
In order to become a Druidi a candidate must first display a thorough understanding of the ways of the Force, and must display a skill with a saber by defeating a Shadowbeast in single combat.
If they pass these trials they are awarded with an ancient lightsaber, either brought from the Old Galaxy or constructed before the knowledge was lost on how to make new ones
Although the Druidi are a light side organisation many Druidi are tainted
