Infernus is the home world to the Sith of the new galaxy, and serves as main HQ for their people. Infernus is similar to Mustafar in almost every way, having plains of lava and mining facilities all around. The reason the Sith had decided to claim this planet, was because of its extremely powerful dark side aura, making it a great place for the Sith to settle. There is an Academy hidden on the planet, an academy dedicated to the education of the dark side, and the teachings of the Sith. The Dark Lord of the Sith, Darth Kyrath, controls the Academy, bending all the students/workers there to his will. His apprentice, Darth Nextoras, was given the job of inspecting the students, and those who showed no progress, were either killed or sent to the Military as spies. Those who were progressing and impressed the Sith Lord, would be taken by a master, and be given the rank of apprentice.
Recent History
Not long after the war, the Sith left Infernus and went to the Outer Regions, taking everything with them and leaving behind the Academy. Around ten years after they left, they returned to the lava filled planet, and started a new. Not much had changed except for one major thing, the Rule of 2 had been abolished. All of the once Dark Jedi were converted to the ways of the Sith, and now ranks became more specific, and all Sith were put in factions of the military. The Sith now have their own army, full of non-force sensitives dedicated to the will of the Sith Lords, and a mighty fleet of Star destroyers under the command of Nextoras.
