This key startegic outpost was lost to the Sycara early on in the Civil War. It was the location of many of the factories that the Exiles built. It is also a rich source of minerals and the native race, the Phobians are numerous, warlike and loyal, making fine additions to any army.

Following the Civil War the planet pledged its loyalty to the Federation of Free Systems, the successor to the Republic lead by Tasha Tel'verran. It was rebuilt to its former glory and has been relativley peaceful since the end of the war.
