Alright, well first you need to have an image file saved on an image hosting website. Lycos or photobucket or imageshack will do. I use photobucket. Upload you pictures there. Then just grab the direct link to picture and stick it between some img code. With photobucket there will be 3 availble links. One will actually have it already prepared to host. It has the img crap around it so you have no work to do at all if you're afraid of making a mistake. smile
