My first time seeing this question, and my first reaction is, JD will not get that job and it would go to cox, as we have seen on last weeks episode Cox did get that job and is enjoying every minute of it.

I didn't think J.D. would get the job and I never expected Dr. Cox to be in charge. I thought that Kelso would come back because he missed Sacred Heart wheich in a way he did.
