I sure as hell do. sweatdrop There are, however, plenty of logical people who say there is no love, only lust, that you can't fall in love unless you're over 18, or that all emotion is merely chemicals. So... your views?

I do and I don't believe in it. Love happens--different kinds like infatuation or something--yet being told fairy tales and seeing modern films where people always find happiness in pairs irks me. It irks me because I'm alone.

The problem is some people pin off and label Love as ''non-exsistant''....just because they've had a bad experience with it in the romantic feild.
THAT part, I find bull. Because believing in love doesn't come from sheer optimism. however, wisdom and faith DOES.
I had a bad experience with a guy I was with for year. But I still had loved ones that did all they could to get me through it. Just because I found out it was not genuine, didn't mean it wasn't out there. just meant I was with the wrong guy.
And I relied on the Love of God, and through that, I eventually found the One in the romantic area. I'm now married to one of the most respectable guys and wisest guys out there.
And I've learned something from dating/marrying him: The whole acceptance thing of love is a CHOICE.
If you CHOOSE to turn away from love or not believe in it...that's the individual's beef with it. And it's sad to hear about that.
But, I CHOOSE to love him, as he I. Because of who we are and what we believe in. I CHOSE to say yes when he proposed, I CHOSE to say I love you back, and I CHOSE to have him forever.
They say you can't help who you fall in love with.
THAT part is the infatuation. But it's when you've decided concretly that you DO love someone, and for the right, genuine reasons THAT'S what matters.
And that goes for friends, family, and strangers, too.

I doubt that I could say it better than were Crinis, so I'm not even going to try, lol. All I have to say is that I agree with everything that Crinis said.

Really the answer Crinis gave is very valid but it always seems far off for people that haven't found it. Thus they surmise that it doesn't exist for them or maybe it doesn't exist for anybody. Some will reason it is simply lust but when given a couple who doesn't lust over each other the fall out of the race. Some still say it is simply chemical reaction between the people but can't hold that up at all. Other have other reasons for not believing in love a bad relationship maybe or a bad childhood everybody has there reasons. But as for me I have not found love yet and yes it does seem quite a far off topic but I believe it exists I am just not lucky enough to have found it yet.

I believe love is a huge mix of chemicals and psychological ideas that are essential for human life procreation. I also believe love is the most wonderful thing and the best drug there is. For the questing "is there love" my answer is: yes. You can call it an "chemical reaction" but it's still love just with a different name. wink Wheter you can effect on who you love is up to the person and his or hers mental strength.
