I don`t really like it. They change it far to often it seems... WHy can`t they post an announcment on that they made a new skin and go to whatever it is so that a user can change it if they like! I had just finnally gotten used to the old one >.> grrrr...who else is angry with me?

Right now it's a little jaring but I figuer once I get used to it I'll like it. I mean I like having my avatar up there on the top of the page like that but it still seems a little strange.

There are elements of it that I like, and others that I don't. I hate how they make everything look grey, I like color. It just seems too... businessy the way they've done it. I totally agree that they should have multiple skins and let the user choose which one they want to use.

That would be cool but I don't know if they could do that really without a lot of work. I mean it would be nice if they also had time to do other things.

Then they should just leave the layout alone. They don't need to change it every few months.

That's true, they do seem to change it a lot. I would say that they get bored of their layouts far before the users do. It's kind of funny really.

They could use all that time they invest into changing the layout for something more useful.

How do you know that the majority of the users were tired of the old layouts and requested the changes?

I guess we don't know if they were getting a lot of requests to change or not. I will say that there are a lot of complaints about the changes this time but that may just be because it's so differant.

eek well i never expected this topic to grow that quickley.
But yes. I agree that it does have it`s ups and downs but if they got so tired of it why not make it so there`s different colors? Same style could work. Yes i Also agree it is a bit too buisnessy...*not like my sleek Tungsten e2 pda at all when you go to the background screen*

The one other complaint that I have is the drop-down menus. As any even slightly experienced web designer could tell you, drop-down menus are evil.

I agree... and with certian comuters the drop down menu won`t even drop down! *tries to make it drop down on my comp* ngggghhhhh RAHHH! *grabs computer by the power cord and swings it around a few times before chucking it out a window*
