Place: City Rooftops, 37 Stories tall. There is no panic as the fight has yet to be discovered. Neo is behind a large Industrial sized Air conditioner, and The Werewolf is In the direct center of the building, staring at the moon. Im not a part of this fight people, just setting up for nitrosburns.
Van, you get the first move.
