powers: His powers range from time, to soul collecting, to elemental attacks.
bio: He is know as the devil in Halloween town though he isn't necessesarily evil. He doesn't like to involve himself in the worlds affair unless he believes it will benefit him in some way. Lucifer can be a womanizer at times also charming a woman until he gets what he really desires which most of the time is their soul. No one knows why he collects souls and what he needs them for.

Lucifer sat in his temple floating in the night sky the air around him was cold and brisk just the way he liked it. His temple was surrounded by a black aura so it was barely visible both night and day. Humming to himself he held a black orb stroking it lovingly.
